أطلق مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي بجدة سلسلة من الفعاليات النوعية احتفاءً بالأسبوع العالمي لتجربة المريض، بهدف إعادة صياغة مفهوم الرعاية الصحية لتتحول من مجرد إجراءات طبية صلبة إلى رحلة إنسانية متكاملة، تضع راحة المريض النفسية وكرامته في مقدمة الأولويات.
وشملت الأنشطة تحسين كافة نقاط الاتصال في رحلة المُراجع، بدءاً من الاستقبال المبتسم في أروقة المجمع، وصولاً إلى إتمام مراحل العلاج والمتابعة المنزلية، لضمان تحقيق أعلى معدلات الرضا المستندة إلى جودة الأداء وسمو التعامل.
من جانبه أكد المشرف العام على مجمع الملك عبدالله الطبي ومستشفى الولادة والأطفال التخصصي الدكتور سامر بن إبراهيم أسرة أن تجربة المريض أمانة ومسؤولية مشتركة تقع على عاتق منسوبي المجمع كافة، مشدداً على أن التكامل بين الأقسام هو المحرك الأساسي لخلق بيئة صحية آمنة ومحفزة تليق بتطلعات القيادة الرشيدة.
وأضاف: «نُسخِّر كافة الإمكانات لتكون تجربة مراجعنا انعكاساً حقيقياً لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، حيث نسعى لتقديم نموذج رعاية صحية مبتكر يضع جودة حياة المواطن والمقيم في قلب اهتماماته».

The King Abdullah Medical Complex in Jeddah has launched a series of quality events in celebration of the Global Patient Experience Week, aiming to reshape the concept of healthcare from mere medical procedures to a comprehensive human journey that prioritizes the psychological comfort and dignity of the patient.
The activities included improving all touchpoints in the patient journey, starting from the welcoming reception in the complex’s corridors to the completion of treatment stages and home follow-up, to ensure the highest satisfaction rates based on performance quality and noble interactions.
For his part, the General Supervisor of the King Abdullah Medical Complex and the Specialized Hospital for Women and Children, Dr. Samer bin Ibrahim Asiri, confirmed that the patient experience is a trust and a shared responsibility that falls on all the complex’s staff, emphasizing that the integration between departments is the main driver for creating a safe and motivating health environment that meets the aspirations of wise leadership.
He added: “We are harnessing all resources to ensure that our patients’ experience is a true reflection of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, as we strive to provide an innovative healthcare model that places the quality of life of citizens and residents at its core.”
