إسلام أباد تسعى لتضييق الفجوات.. رئيس وزراء باكستان: جهود وقف الحرب بين أمريكا وإيران مستمرة – أخبار السعودية
أعلن رئيس الوزراء الباكستاني شهباز شريف، أن جهود إسلام أباد ما زالت مستمرة لوقف الحرب بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وإيران.
ونقل المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس الوزراء على حسابه بمنصة «إكس»، أن شريف أفاد خلال اجتماع لمجلس الوزراء، اليوم (الأربعاء)، بأن بلاده بذلت جهوداً متواصلة من أجل وقف إطلاق النار وإحلال السلام في الشرق الأوسط.
وكان مسؤول باكستاني رفيع، أكد في وقت سابق أن بلاده تعمل على تضييق الفجوات بين الطرفين الأمريكي والإيراني. وشدّد على أن جهود الوساطة لم تتوقف، وفق ما نقلت وسائل إعلام باكستانية.
ورغم تعثر مسار المفاوضات تتوقع باكستان أن تتلقى من إيران مقترحاً معدلاً لإنهاء الحرب خلال الأيام القادمة، بعدما رفض الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب النسخة الأخيرة من المقترح الإيراني. فيما كشف مسؤول إيراني أن روسيا قد تلعب دور الضامن لأي اتفاق محتمل مع أمريكا.
وقدم وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي خلال زيارته يومي السبت والأحد الماضيين إلى إسلام أباد، مقترحاً جديداً نص على 3 مراحل، تبدأ بوقف الحرب بضمانات دولية.
ونص المقترح في المرحلة الثانية، على رفع الحصار الأمريكي عن الموانئ الإيرانية مقابل فتح مضيق هرمز، على أن يتم بحث وضع هذا المضيق. إذ اقترح عراقجي خلال زيارته إلى سلطنة عمان تقاسم مضيق هرمز بين البلدين الواقعين على ضفتيه، إلا أن مسقط رفضت هذا الطرح، وفق ما أفاد مسؤولون أمريكيون لصحيفة «نيويورك بوست». وتتضمن المرحلة الثالثة مناقشة مسألة البرنامج النووي الإيراني.
لكن مصادر أمريكية كانت استبعدت سابقاً موافقة إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي على هذا المقترح، خصوصاً أنها دأبت على التأكيد منذ تفجر الحرب في 28 فبراير الماضي، بضرورة حل مسألة النووي الإيراني.
وكان البيت الأبيض أوضح، أمس الثلاثاء، أن المفاوضات مع إيران لا تزال جارية، مؤكداً أن إدارة ترمب لن تتسرع في إبرام صفقة سيئة.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shahbaz Sharif, announced that Islamabad’s efforts to stop the war between the United States and Iran are still ongoing.
The Prime Minister’s media office reported on his account on the “X” platform that Sharif stated during a cabinet meeting today (Wednesday) that his country has made continuous efforts to achieve a ceasefire and establish peace in the Middle East.
A senior Pakistani official had previously confirmed that his country is working to narrow the gaps between the American and Iranian sides. He emphasized that mediation efforts have not ceased, according to Pakistani media reports.
Despite the stalled negotiations, Pakistan expects to receive a revised proposal from Iran to end the war in the coming days, after U.S. President Donald Trump rejected the latest version of the Iranian proposal. An Iranian official revealed that Russia could play the role of guarantor for any potential agreement with the U.S.
During his visit to Islamabad on Saturday and Sunday, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi presented a new proposal consisting of three phases, starting with a ceasefire backed by international guarantees.
The proposal stipulated in the second phase the lifting of the U.S. blockade on Iranian ports in exchange for the opening of the Strait of Hormuz, with discussions to be held regarding the status of this strait. Araghchi suggested during his visit to Oman that the Strait of Hormuz be shared between the two countries located on its shores; however, Muscat rejected this proposal, according to U.S. officials speaking to the “New York Post.” The third phase includes discussions on the Iranian nuclear program.
However, American sources had previously ruled out the approval of the U.S. administration for this proposal, especially since it has consistently emphasized since the outbreak of the war on February 28 that the issue of the Iranian nuclear program must be resolved.
The White House clarified yesterday, Tuesday, that negotiations with Iran are still ongoing, confirming that the Trump administration will not rush into making a bad deal.
