في لحظةٍ لم يتوقعها أحد، تحوّلت رحلة سفرٍ عادية من العمرانية بمحافظة الجيزة المصرية إلى كابوسٍ جنائي، حينما وجد مسافر نفسه محاصراً بـ «قوة أمنية» لم تكن سوى تشكيل عصابي محترف، انتحل صفة رجال الشرطة لسرقة مبلغ 2.7 مليون جنيه كانت بحوزة الضحية.

بدأت الحكاية باستيقاف مفاجئ للضحية الذي كان في طريقه إلى محافظة سوهاج. الجناة ببراعة ارتدوا ثوب «الرسمية» وألقوا أسئلةً سريعة أربكت الضحية، فارضين عليه واقعاً مزيفاً بالثقة والامتثال. وفي غضون دقائق، وبخطة محكمة وسريعة، استولى التشكيل العصابي على حقيبة الأموال التي تقدر بنحو 2.7 مليون جنيه، تاركين الضحية في حالة صدمة قبل أن يختفوا عن الأنظار.

لم تدم فرحة الجناة طويلاً، فبمجرد وصول البلاغ إلى مديرية أمن الجيزة، تحركت أجهزة البحث الجنائي بسرعة فائقة. كان «أسلوب التنفيذ» هو الخيط الأول، إذ رجحت التحريات أن الواقعة لم تكن عشوائية، بل هي عملية منظمة لـ «تشكيل عصابي» تخصص في انتحال صفة رجال الأمن لاصطياد أصحاب الأموال.

وكثّفت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية تحرياتها، ونجحت في تحديد هوية أفراد العصابة بدقة ورصد تحركاتهم. وفي عملية أمنية ناجحة، نُصبت أكمنة محكمة أسفرت عن ضبط أفراد التشكيل كافة. وخلال التحقيقات، انهار المتهمون أمام الأدلة واعترفوا بأسلوبهم الإجرامي، مؤكدين أن «المظهر الرسمي» كان وسيلتهم الوحيدة للضغط على ضحاياهم وتجريدهم من أموالهم دون مقاومة.

وقرّرت النيابة العامة بالجيزة حبس المتهمين 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، وطلبت سرعة استكمال التحريات؛ للتأكد من عدم تورطهم في جرائم مشابهة بالأسلوب نفسه. كما يجري حالياً استدعاء المجني عليه لمواجهة المتهمين، وسط مطالب شعبية بتوقيع أقصى العقوبات على من تسوّل لهم أنفسهم استغلال «هيبة الدولة» في ارتكاب جرائمهم.

The story began with a sudden stop of the victim, who was on his way to Sohag Governorate. The perpetrators cleverly donned “official” attire and asked rapid questions that confused the victim, imposing a false reality of trust and compliance. Within minutes, with a well-planned and swift operation, the gang seized the money bag estimated at about 2.7 million pounds, leaving the victim in shock before disappearing from sight.

The joy of the perpetrators did not last long, as soon as the report reached the Giza Security Directorate, the criminal investigation units moved with remarkable speed. The “method of execution” was the first clue, as investigations suggested that the incident was not random, but rather an organized operation by a “gang” specializing in impersonating security personnel to target those with money.

The Egyptian security agencies intensified their investigations and successfully identified the gang members and monitored their movements. In a successful security operation, well-planned ambushes led to the arrest of all gang members. During the investigations, the suspects broke down in the face of the evidence and confessed to their criminal methods, confirming that the “official appearance” was their only means to pressure their victims and strip them of their money without resistance.

The Giza Public Prosecution decided to detain the suspects for 4 days pending investigations and requested the swift completion of inquiries to ensure they were not involved in similar crimes using the same method. The victim is currently being summoned to confront the suspects, amid public demands for the maximum penalties to be imposed on anyone who dares to exploit the “prestige of the state” to commit their crimes.
