كشفت أجهزة الأمن بمديرية أمن القاهرة، ملابسات واقعة مصرع رجل أعمال إثر سقوطه من شرفة شقة بالطابق الخامس في منطقة التجمع الأول أحد أرقى الأحياء الجديدة بالقاهرة، وذلك أثناء محاولته الهرب بشكل مفاجئ.

ووفقاً للتحريات الأولية، كان المتوفى في العقد الرابع من عمره متواجداً داخل الشقة برفقة سيدة في علاقة سريّة، وعندما طرق أقاربها باب الشقة فجأة، انتاب الرجل حالة شديدة من الذعر والخوف من افتضاح أمره، مما دفعه إلى محاولة الهرب عبر الشرفة.

وحاول المتوفى النزول إما باستخدام مواسير الشرفة أو الوصول إلى شرفة الطابق السفلي أو باستخدام ملاءة السرير في بعض الروايات الأولية، إلا أن توازنه اختل وسقط من علو شاهق، ليرتطم بالأرض ويفارق الحياة فوراً.

وانتقلت قوة أمنية وسيارات الإسعاف إلى موقع الحادث فور تلقي البلاغ، وتم التحفظ على الجثمان ونقله إلى المشرحة تحت تصرف النيابة العامة، حيث أظهرت مناظرة الجثمان إصابة المتوفى بكسور مضاعفة ونزيف داخلي حاد أدى إلى الوفاة الفورية.

وتستمع النيابة العامة حالياً إلى أقوال السيدة وأقاربها وشهود العيان، كما تم فحص كاميرات المراقبة المحيطة بالعقار للتأكد من عدم وجود أي شبهة جنائية أو دفع متعمد، وانتدب الطب الشرعي لإعداد تقرير وافٍ عن أسباب الوفاة.

The security devices of the Cairo Security Directorate revealed the circumstances surrounding the death of a businessman who fell from the balcony of an apartment on the fifth floor in the First Settlement, one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Cairo, while attempting to escape suddenly.

According to preliminary investigations, the deceased, who was in his forties, was inside the apartment with a woman in a secret relationship. When her relatives suddenly knocked on the apartment door, the man was struck by a severe panic and fear of being exposed, which drove him to attempt to escape through the balcony.

The deceased tried to descend either by using the balcony pipes, reaching the balcony of the lower floor, or using a bed sheet in some initial accounts. However, he lost his balance and fell from a great height, crashing to the ground and dying instantly.

A security force and ambulances arrived at the scene of the incident immediately after receiving the report. The body was secured and transferred to the morgue under the supervision of the public prosecutor, where an examination of the body revealed that the deceased had suffered multiple fractures and severe internal bleeding that led to immediate death.

The public prosecutor is currently listening to the statements of the woman, her relatives, and eyewitnesses. Surveillance cameras surrounding the building are also being examined to ensure there is no suspicion of foul play or intentional push, and forensic medicine has been assigned to prepare a comprehensive report on the cause of death.
