كشف وزير الخارجية الأوكراني أندريه سيبيها، أن بلاده طلبت من تركيا استضافة لقاء يجمع الرئيس فولوديمير زيلينسكي ونظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، في الوقت الذي تسعى فيه كييف إلى إعادة إحياء محادثات السلام المتعثرة.
وأعلن أندريه أن أوكرانيا مستعدة لدراسة أي مكان آخر غير روسيا البيضاء أو روسيا لعقد اجتماع مع بوتين، وهو ما يسعى إليه زيلينسكي منذ فترة طويلة من أجل الإسراع في إنهاء الحرب المستمرة منذ أكثر من 4 سنوات. ولم يفصح الوزير الأوكراني في تصريحاته، اليوم الأربعاء، عن موقف أنقرة من هذا المقترح.
في غضون ذلك، أفادت السلطات المحلية، اليوم الأربعاء، بأن جزءاً من بناية سكنية انهار في منطقة سيزران الروسية الواقعة على نهر الفولجا عقب هجوم أوكراني بطائرات مسيرة، ما أسفر عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى.
وأعلنت السلطات الروسية مقتل شخصين جراء انهيار المبنى في مدينة سيزران الروسية نتيجة هجوم مسيرة أوكرانية، إضافة إلى عدد من الإصابات.
وكثفت أوكرانيا هجماتها على البنية التحتية للطاقة في روسيا خلال الأشهر القليلة الماضية، في وقت توقفت فيه محادثات السلام التي توسطت فيها الولايات المتحدة مع انشغال واشنطن بالصراع مع إيران.
وتضم مدينة سيزران مصفاة نفط كبرى، وتبعد حوالى 1,000 كيلومتر من الحدود مع أوكرانيا.
بالمقابل، وقعت انفجارات عدة في الجزء الخاضع لسيطرة السلطات الأوكرانية في مقاطعة زاباروجيا، حسبما أعلن رئيس الإدارة الإقليمية التابعة للسلطات الأوكرانية، إيفان فيودوروف.
وكتب فيودوروف عبر «تليغرام»: «انفجارات في مقاطعة زاباروجيا».
ودوت صفارات الإنذار في الجزء الذي تسيطر عليه كييف في مقاطعة زاباروجيا.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha revealed that his country has requested Turkey to host a meeting between President Volodymyr Zelensky and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, at a time when Kyiv is seeking to revive stalled peace talks.
Andriy announced that Ukraine is ready to consider any location other than Belarus or Russia for a meeting with Putin, which Zelensky has long sought to expedite the end of the war that has lasted for more than 4 years. The Ukrainian minister did not disclose Ankara’s position on this proposal in his statements today, Wednesday.
Meanwhile, local authorities reported today, Wednesday, that part of a residential building collapsed in the Russian city of Syzran, located on the Volga River, following a Ukrainian drone attack, resulting in casualties and injuries.
The Russian authorities announced that two people were killed due to the building’s collapse in the city of Syzran as a result of a Ukrainian drone attack, in addition to several injuries.
Ukraine has intensified its attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure in recent months, while peace talks mediated by the United States have stalled as Washington is preoccupied with the conflict with Iran.
The city of Syzran hosts a major oil refinery and is located about 1,000 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
In contrast, several explosions occurred in the area controlled by Ukrainian authorities in the Zaporizhia region, as announced by the head of the regional administration affiliated with the Ukrainian authorities, Ivan Fedorov.
Fedorov wrote on Telegram: “Explosions in the Zaporizhia region.”
Sirens sounded in the area controlled by Kyiv in the Zaporizhia region.
