ميلوني تهاجم ترمب: تصريحاته عن البابا «غير مقبولة» – أخبار السعودية
نددت رئيسة الوزراء الإيطالية جورجيا ميلوني، أمس (الإثنين)، بتصريحات الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بشأن البابا ليو الـ14، ووصفتها بأنها «غير مقبولة» ومرفوضة.
وقالت ميلوني في بيان رسمي: «أجد كلمات الرئيس ترمب تجاه قداسة البابا غير مقبولة. البابا هو رأس الكنيسة الكاثوليكية، ومن الطبيعي أن يدعو إلى السلام وأن يدين كل أشكال الحرب».
هجوم ترمب
وجاءت تصريحات ميلوني عقب هجوم لاذع شنه ترمب على البابا الأمريكي المَولِد، إذ وصفه بأنه «ضعيف في مواجهة الجريمة» و«كارثي في السياسة الخارجية»، متهماً إياه بـ«الانحياز لليسار المتطرف» ومعارضته لسياسات واشنطن تجاه إيران وقضايا أخرى.
موجة استنكار
وأثارت هذه التصريحات موجة استنكار واسعة داخل إيطاليا، سواء على المستوى السياسي أو الكنسي، خصوصاً أنها جاءت على خلفية دعوات البابا المتكررة للسلام وإدانته الحرب في الشرق الأوسط.
أول بابا أمريكي
ويُعد البابا ليو الـ14 أول بابا أمريكي المَولِد في تاريخ الكنيسة الكاثوليكية، وقد تبنى منذ انتخابه مواقف واضحة داعية للسلام في النزاعات الدولية، بما في ذلك الأزمة الحالية في المنطقة.
خلاف لافت
ورغم العلاقات السياسية والأيديولوجية الوثيقة التي تربط ميلوني بترمب، فإن انتقادها المباشر يُعد خطوة لافتة، جاءت في ظل ضغوط داخلية من المعارضة والرأي العام الإيطالي.
جولة أفريقية
وتتزامن هذه التطورات مع جولة أفريقية يقوم بها البابا، أكد خلالها أنه «لا يخشى إدارة ترمب»، وأنه سيواصل الدعوة إلى السلام انطلاقاً من تعاليم الإنجيل.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni condemned the statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump regarding Pope Leo XIII yesterday (Monday), describing them as “unacceptable” and rejected.
Meloni stated in an official statement: “I find President Trump’s words towards His Holiness the Pope unacceptable. The Pope is the head of the Catholic Church, and it is natural for him to call for peace and condemn all forms of war.”
Trump’s Attack
Meloni’s remarks came after a scathing attack by Trump on the American-born Pope, whom he described as “weak in the face of crime” and “disastrous in foreign policy,” accusing him of “bias towards the extreme left” and opposing Washington’s policies towards Iran and other issues.

These developments coincide with an African tour being undertaken by the Pope, during which he affirmed that he “does not fear the Trump administration,” and that he will continue to call for peace based on the teachings of the Gospel.
