كشف النجم المصري محمد صلاح، لاعب ليفربول الإنجليزي، تفاصيل قراره المرتقب بمغادرة صفوف الفريق بنهاية الموسم الحالي، موضحاً أن هذه الخطوة جاءت بعد تفكير طويل ومشاورات خاصة، كان أبرزها لقاء جمعه بأسطورة النادي ستيفن جيرارد داخل منزل اللاعب في وقت سابق من العام.

ويستعد صلاح، البالغ من العمر 33 عاماً، لإنهاء مسيرة استمرت تسع سنوات مع ليفربول، حقق خلالها العديد من الإنجازات البارزة، حيث حطم أرقاماً قياسية عدة، وتوج بجميع الألقاب الممكنة، إلى جانب حصد مجموعة كبيرة من الجوائز الفردية التي عززت مكانته كأحد أبرز نجوم النادي عبر تاريخه.

وخلال مقابلة تلفزيونية جمعته بجيرارد عبر قناة “تي إن تي سبورت”، تحدث صلاح بصراحة عن حالته البدنية وقرار الرحيل، إضافة إلى إصابته الأخيرة في أوتار الركبة.

وأكد النجم المصري أنه لا يزال في حالة بدنية جيدة، مشيراً إلى أنه لم يتأثر بشكل كبير بعامل السن، وأنه قدم موسماً مميزاً في العام الماضي، ولا يزال يعتقد أن لديه الكثير ليقدمه في المستقبل، مع ترك جميع الخيارات مفتوحة أمامه.

وأوضح أن قرار الرحيل جاء بعد قناعة شخصية، مضيفاً أنه يشعر بالراحة تجاه هذه الخطوة، خاصة بعد موسم وصفه بالصعب على جميع أفراد الفريق، دون الدخول في تفاصيل إضافية.

وكشف صلاح أن زيارة ستيفن جيرارد له في منزله خلال شهر يناير كانت لحظة مؤثرة في مسار قراره، حيث نصحه جيرارد بالرحيل وفق شروطه الخاصة، وهو ما انتهى باتفاق يقضي بمغادرته مجاناً مع نهاية الموسم.

وأشار إلى أن تلك الزيارة لم تكن معروفة لأحد، وأن الحوار بينهما كان ودياً ومليئاً بالنصائح، مؤكداً تقديره الكبير لرأي جيرارد، وسعادته باتخاذ قرار الرحيل بطريقة تحفظ له “الخروج من الباب الكبير”.

وأضاف أن كلمات جيرارد لا تزال حاضرة في ذهنه، خصوصاً نصيحته بأن يختار توقيت وشكل رحيله بنفسه، لافتاً إلى أن أحداث الموسم الحالي عززت قناعته بأن الوقت قد حان للمغادرة.

On the physical front, Salah explained that he suffered a hamstring injury during the recent match against Crystal Palace, confirming that it is not serious, expressing his hope to return quickly and participate in at least one match before the end of his journey with Liverpool, possibly joining the match against Brentford.
