مع اقتراب انتهاء مهلة وقف إطلاق النار بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران الثلاثاء القادم، كشفت مصادر باكستانية لـ«عكاظ» عن اقتراب التوصل إلى اتفاق إطاري في إسلام آباد، يمهّد لمرحلة جديدة من التهدئة الشاملة في المنطقة، تقوم على وقف دائم لإطلاق النار وفتح مستدام لمضيق هرمز، ضمن تفاهمات نووية ومالية متبادلة.
ملامح الاتفاق: هرمز مفتوح مقابل تجميد التخصيب
وأوضحت المصادر أن الاتفاق المقترح يتضمن آلية متدرجة، تقوم على وقف تخصيب اليورانيوم لفترة زمنية محددة، مقابل رفع جزئي لتجميد الأصول الإيرانية، مع طرح خيار نقل اليورانيوم المخصب إلى باكستان بدلاً من تسليمه للولايات المتحدة، في صيغة تسوية وسطية تحفظ ماء وجه جميع الأطراف.
وفي هذا السياق، تدرس الإدارة الأمريكية الإفراج عن نحو 20 مليار دولار من الأصول الإيرانية المجمدة، كجزء من حزمة الحوافز المرتبطة بالتقدم في المسار التفاوضي.
عاصم منير إلى واشنطن.. والاتفاق في مراحله الأخيرة
وكشفت المصادر أن المشير عاصم منير، قائد الجيش الباكستاني والمشرف على ملف الوساطة، قد يتوجه إلى واشنطن خلال الأيام المقبلة، لبحث الصيغة النهائية للاتفاق مع مسؤولي الإدارة الأمريكية، بعد أن حصل على إشارات إيجابية من طهران عقب لقاءاته الأخيرة هناك.
وأكدت أن معظم النقاط الجوهرية في المفاوضات تم حسمها، ما يعزز فرص الإعلان عن الاتفاق خلال وقت قريب.
ترمب: اتفاق السلام قريب
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قد أعرب عن تفاؤله بإمكانية التوصل إلى اتفاق سلام مع إيران خلال الأيام المقبلة، في تصريحات تعكس تسارع وتيرة التفاهمات، بالتزامن مع التحضير لجولة جديدة من المحادثات في باكستان.
إسلام آباد تستأنف الجولة الحاسمة
وبحسب المصادر، من المتوقع أن تستضيف العاصمة الباكستانية إسلام آباد جولة جديدة من المفاوضات خلال الأسبوع الحالي، برئاسة المبعوث الأمريكي ستيف ويتكوف للوفد الأمريكي، ووزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي للوفد الإيراني.
وكانت الجولة الأولى التي انعقدت في 11 أبريل قد انتهت في أجواء وصفت بـ«الجدية»، مع توافق على استثمار وقف إطلاق النار لفتح مسار سياسي شامل.

وتركزت النقاشات في الجولات السابقة على ملفات رئيسية، أبرزها:البرنامج النووي الإيراني، مستقبل العقوبات الأمريكية، وأمن الملاحة في مضيق هرمز
وفيما تمسكت طهران بحقها في التخصيب وأهمية المضيق كورقة سيادية، ربطت واشنطن أي تقدم بتقديم ضمانات نووية وأمنية واسعة.

وأكدت المصادر أن جميع الأطراف تبدي رغبة حقيقية في «إعطاء الدبلوماسية فرصة»، معتبرة أن الربط بين فتح هرمز ووقف إطلاق النار في لبنان يعكس توجهاً نحو حلول تكاملية للأزمات الإقليمية، وليس مجرد تهدئة مؤقتة.
وفي حال نجاح اتفاق إسلام آباد، فإن المنطقة قد تكون على أعتاب تحول استراتيجي ينهي واحدة من أخطر بؤر التوتر في العالم.

The sources clarified that the proposed agreement includes a phased mechanism, based on halting uranium enrichment for a specified period, in exchange for a partial lifting of the freeze on Iranian assets, with the option of transferring enriched uranium to Pakistan instead of delivering it to the United States, in a compromise that preserves the dignity of all parties involved.
In this context, the U.S. administration is considering the release of approximately $20 billion of frozen Iranian assets as part of an incentive package linked to progress in the negotiation process.
Asim Munir to Washington… Agreement in Its Final Stages
The sources revealed that General Asim Munir, the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan and supervisor of the mediation file, may head to Washington in the coming days to discuss the final wording of the agreement with U.S. administration officials, after receiving positive signals from Tehran following his recent meetings there.
They confirmed that most of the key points in the negotiations have been resolved, enhancing the chances of announcing the agreement soon.

U.S. President Donald Trump expressed optimism about the possibility of reaching a peace agreement with Iran in the coming days, in statements reflecting the accelerating pace of understandings, coinciding with preparations for a new round of talks in Pakistan.
Islamabad Resumes the Crucial Round
According to the sources, the Pakistani capital Islamabad is expected to host a new round of negotiations this week, chaired by U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff for the American delegation, and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi for the Iranian delegation.
The first round, which took place on April 11, concluded in an atmosphere described as “serious,” with an agreement to leverage the ceasefire to open a comprehensive political track.
Complex Files… Mutual Pressure Tactics
The discussions in the previous rounds focused on key files, most notably: the Iranian nuclear program, the future of U.S. sanctions, and the security of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
