انتصار قضائي جديد.. تبرئة شيرين من سب وقذف وإزعاج مدير حساباتها – أخبار السعودية
أيدت محكمة «مستأنف الاقتصادية» بالقاهرة براءة الفنانة المصرية شيرين عبدالوهاب، من تهمة سب وقذف مدير حساباتها.
200 ألف تعويض
ونظرت المحكمة بالدعوى التي أقامها مدير حسابات الفنانة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والتي اتهمها فيها بسبه وقذفه عبر وسائل مختلفة، فيما طالب محامي المدعي بتعويض مدني مؤقت قدره 200 ألف جنيه.
إزعاج متعمد
تضمنت الدعوى المقامة ضد شيرين بالإضافة لتهمتي السب والقذف اتهامات أخرى شملت سوء استخدام منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وتعمد إزعاج المجني عليه.
وفي وقت سابق حصل ياسر قنطوش، محامي شيرين، على حكم البراءة على خلفية مشكلات تتعلق بكلمات السر الخاصة بحساباتها على مواقع التواصل في وقت سابق، فيما قررت النيابة الاستئناف على البراءة.
The “Economic Appeals Court” in Cairo upheld the acquittal of the Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab from the charges of defamation and slander against her account manager.
200,000 Compensation
The court reviewed the case filed by the artist’s account manager on social media, in which he accused her of defaming and slandering him through various means, while the plaintiff’s lawyer demanded a temporary civil compensation of 200,000 Egyptian pounds.
Deliberate Disturbance
The lawsuit filed against Sherine included, in addition to the charges of defamation and slander, other accusations of misuse of social media platforms and deliberately disturbing the victim.
Earlier, Yasser Qantosh, Sherine’s lawyer, obtained an acquittal ruling related to issues concerning the passwords of her social media accounts, while the prosecution decided to appeal the acquittal.
