شدد الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي على الرفض القاطع والحاسم لأي مساعٍ تستهدف تقسيم دول المنطقة أو اقتطاع أجزاء من أراضيها أو إنشاء مليشيات موازية للجيوش.

عدم استقرار المنطقة

وقال السيسي في خطاب بمناسبة الاحتفال بعيد الشرطة، اليوم (السبت)، إن الجهات التي نشرت مليشيات كانت سبباً في تدمير دول بالمنطقة، مشدداً على أن نشر المليشيات أدى إلى عدم استقرار المنطقة.

وتحدث عن الأوضاع في غزة، مؤكداً أن تهجير سكانها يعني نزوح مئات الآلاف إلى أوروبا والغرب، وجدد التأكيد على وجوب تنفيذ اتفاق غزة ورفض التهجير.

وأضاف السيسي: نرفض تقسيم دول المنطقة أو الاعتراف بأي كيانات موازية، لافتاً إلى أنه منذ عام 2014 إلى الآن لم تتورط مصر في مؤامرة أو تخريب أو تدمير ضد أي دولة بالمنطقة.

واعتبر الرئيس المصري أن التكنولوجيا الحديثة أنتجت تحديات فكرية وأمنية خطيرة، مشدداً على أن مواجهة التحديات الحديثة لا تكون بواسطة المقاربة الأمنية فقط. وأضاف: تغلبنا على موجة الإرهاب في 2022، ومن 2011 إلى 2022 ننزف من أبناء الوطن. وأكد أن مصر لن تسمح بالتجاوز والمساس المباشر بأمنها القومي.

ضربات أمنية استباقية

من جانبه، كشف وزير الداخلية المصري اللواء محمود توفيق نجاح الأجهزة الأمنية في إجهاض محاولات تنظيم الإخوان لإعادة إحياء جناحه المسلح. وأكد أن تلك المحاولات جاءت بتكليفات مباشرة من قيادات التنظيم الهاربة بالخارج.

وشدد على أن وزارة الداخلية تقف بالمرصاد لمواجهة تلك المخططات وإحباطها بتوجيه الضربات الأمنية الاستباقية لهياكل جماعة الإخوان وتجفيف منابع تمويلها، مؤكداً أن أجهزة المعلومات بالوزارة تمكنت على مدار العام الماضي بمساندة شعبية واعية من إجهاض محاولات الإخوان استهداف مقدرات الدولة الاقتصادية.

وأكد أن مصر لن تقبل المساس بسيادتها أو أمنها القومي، مشدداً على إستراتيجية الردع الاستباقي والإستراتيجية الأمنية المصرية التي باتت قادرة على مواجهة محيط أمني مضطرب وعالم تتصاعد فيه الأزمات.

وأفاد بأن وزارة الداخلية تعتمد على تحديد المخاطر قبل وقوعها والتعامل الاستباقي مع التهديدات ومواكبة التطور المتسارع في أنماط الجريمة المنظمة والإرهابية، مضيفاً أنه يتم توظيف أحدث الوسائل التقنية في الأخذ بزمام المبادرة لحفظ أمن المجتمع وحماية مقدرات الدولة.

The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized the firm and decisive rejection of any attempts aimed at dividing the countries of the region, seizing parts of their territories, or creating militias parallel to the armies.

Instability in the Region

In a speech on the occasion of Police Day today (Saturday), Sisi stated that the entities that spread militias were responsible for the destruction of countries in the region, stressing that the proliferation of militias has led to instability in the region.

He spoke about the situation in Gaza, confirming that the displacement of its residents means the migration of hundreds of thousands to Europe and the West, and reiterated the necessity of implementing the Gaza Agreement and rejecting displacement.

Sisi added: We reject the division of the countries in the region or the recognition of any parallel entities, noting that since 2014 until now, Egypt has not been involved in any conspiracy, sabotage, or destruction against any country in the region.

The Egyptian president considered that modern technology has produced serious intellectual and security challenges, emphasizing that confronting modern challenges cannot be done solely through a security approach. He added: We overcame the wave of terrorism in 2022, and from 2011 to 2022, we have been bleeding from our homeland’s sons. He affirmed that Egypt will not allow any transgressions or direct threats to its national security.

Preemptive Security Strikes

For his part, the Egyptian Minister of Interior, Major General Mahmoud Tawfik, revealed the success of the security agencies in thwarting the Muslim Brotherhood’s attempts to revive its armed wing. He confirmed that these attempts were made under direct orders from the organization’s leaders who are fleeing abroad.

He stressed that the Ministry of Interior is on alert to confront and thwart these schemes by delivering preemptive security strikes against the structures of the Brotherhood and drying up its funding sources, affirming that the ministry’s information agencies have managed over the past year, with the support of a conscious public, to thwart the Brotherhood’s attempts to target the state’s economic capabilities.

He affirmed that Egypt will not accept any infringement on its sovereignty or national security, emphasizing the strategy of preemptive deterrence and the Egyptian security strategy that has become capable of facing a turbulent security environment and a world where crises are escalating.

He stated that the Ministry of Interior relies on identifying risks before they occur and proactively dealing with threats, keeping pace with the rapid development in patterns of organized and terrorist crime, adding that the latest technological means are being employed to take the initiative to preserve community security and protect the state’s resources.
