تفقّد نائب رئيس هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد (نزاهة) الدكتور بندر بن أحمد أبا الخيل اليوم منطقتي مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة ضمن أعمال «نزاهة» في إطار الرقابة الشاملة، إنفاذًا لتوجيهات القيادة الرشيدة، وامتدادًا لجهود الدولة في خدمة ضيوف الرحمن لتمكينهم من أداء مناسكهم بكل يُسر وراحة وطمأنينة.

وهدفت الجولة إلى التأكد من استكمال الجهات المعنية لجميع الترتيبات والتجهيزات اللازمة لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن في مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والمشاعر المقدسة، ومنافذ وصول الحجاج البرية والبحرية والجوية، والتحقق من مدى امتثال تلك الجهات لخططها التشغيلية خلال موسم الحج لعام 1447.

وتأتي هذه الجولة ضمن الجهود الرقابية التي تنفذها «نزاهة» لمتابعة أداء الجهات الحكومية المشاركة في أعمال الحج، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن، ورفع كفاءة التنسيق بين الجهات ذات العلاقة.

وأكدت «نزاهة» حرصها على مواصلة أعمالها الرقابية الميدانية خلال موسم الحج، بما يضمن تحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة والكفاءة في الخدمات المقدمة، وتمكين ضيوف الرحمن من أداء مناسكهم بيسر وطمأنينة.

يذكر أن «نزاهة» تقدّم خلال موسم الحج خدمة استقبال البلاغات والملاحظات، والتعامل معها بشكل فوري عبر الهاتف المجاني (980)، أو من خلال منصاتها الرقمية الرسمية.

The Vice President of the Oversight and Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), Dr. Bandar bin Ahmed Aba Al-Khail, today inspected the regions of Makkah and Madinah as part of Nazaha’s comprehensive oversight efforts, in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership, and as an extension of the state’s efforts to serve the guests of Allah, enabling them to perform their rituals with ease, comfort, and reassurance.

The purpose of the tour was to ensure that the relevant authorities have completed all necessary arrangements and preparations to serve the guests of Allah in Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites, as well as the land, sea, and air entry points for pilgrims, and to verify the extent of compliance of those authorities with their operational plans during the Hajj season of 1447.

This tour is part of the oversight efforts carried out by Nazaha to monitor the performance of government entities involved in Hajj operations, contributing to enhancing the quality of services provided to the guests of Allah and improving coordination among the relevant authorities.
