عاجل | لا حرب ولا اتفاق.. تسريبات «أكسيوس»: مخاوف أمريكية من الانزلاق إلى «صراع مجمد» مع إيران – أخبار السعودية
أفصح عدد من المسؤولين الأمريكيين لموقع «أكسيوس»، عن وجود قلق داخل أركان إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترمب من انزلاق الولايات المتحدة إلى «صراع مجمد» مع إيران.
الإبقاء على القوات فترة أطول
ولفت هؤلاء إلى أن سيناريو«لا حرب ولا اتفاق» سيضطر واشنطن إلى الإبقاء على قواتها في المنطقة لفترة أطول، مع استمرار إغلاق مضيق هرمز، وبقاء الحصار الأمريكي، وانتظار كل طرف أن يُقدم الآخر على التراجع أو التصعيد أولاً.
واعتبر مصدر مقرب من الرئيس ترمب أن الصراع المجمد هو الأسوأ سياسياً واقتصادياً، بالنسبة له، خصوصاً مع تبقي نحو ستة أشهر على انتخابات التجديد النصفي للكونغرس في شهر نوفمبر القادم.
تأرجح بين الانتظار والضربات
ونقل الموقع الأمريكي عن 5 مستشارين تحدثوا مع ترمب، أن الرئيس يتأرجح بين خيار شن ضربات عسكرية جديدة أو الانتظار لمعرفة ما إذا كانت سياسة «الضغط الأقصى»، عبر العقوبات ستدفع إيران للتفاوض بشأن إنهاء برنامجها النووي.
وذكر أحد المستشارين أن الرئيس أخبره بأن الإيرانيين «لا يفهموا سوى القنابل». وأضاف: الرئيس محبط، لكنه واقعي، فهو لا يرغب في استخدام القوة لكنه لا ينوي التراجع أيضاً.
توجّه لرفض المقترح الإيراني
وحسب مصادر شبكة CNN، فإن ترمب ألمح إلى مستشاريه بأنه من غير المرجح أن يقبل المقترح الإيراني الأخير الذي نقل عبر الوسطاء الباكستانيين، وتضمن إنهاء الحصار وفتح هرمز، مع تأجيل القضايا المتعلقة بالبرنامج النووي إلى مفاوضات لاحقة، بعد إنهاء الحرب.
وذكر شخصان مطلعان أن ترمب نقل وجهة نظره خلال اجتماع عُقد، أمس الاثنين، مع كبار مسؤولي الأمن القومي، وتناول الملف الإيراني.
ولفت مسؤولون إلى أن إعادة فتح المضيق دون حل المسائل المرتبطة بتخصيب إيران لليورانيوم، أو مخزونها من اليورانيوم القريب من درجة الاستخدام العسكري، قد يزيل ورقة ضغط أساسية بيد واشنطن في المفاوضات، في إشارة إلى الحصار البحري على موانئ إيران.
وكشفت الشبكة أن الخيار المقابل أمام ترمب، هو إبقاء الممر المائي مغلقاً، ما من شأنه أن يطيل أمد ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة، وهو ما أدى بالفعل إلى زيادة أسعار الوقود في الولايات المتحدة.
تأجيل مفاوضات الملف النووي
وقدّمت إيران مقترحاً جديداً إلى الولايات المتحدة، عبر وسطاء باكستانيين، للتوصل إلى اتفاق بشأن إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز وإنهاء الحصار الأمريكي، على أن تؤجل المفاوضات النووية إلى مرحلة لاحقة.
وأوضح مصدران أن المقترح الجديد يركز أولاً على حل أزمة مضيق هرمز والحصار الأمريكي، على أن يتم ضمن ذلك تمديد وقف إطلاق النار لفترة طويلة أو الاتفاق على إنهاء دائم للحرب.
وبموجب المقترح، لن تبدأ المفاوضات النووية إلا في مرحلة لاحقة، بعد إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز ورفع الحصار، وفقاً للمصدرين.
ويسعى المقترح الإيراني الجديد، وفق «أكسيوس»، إلى تجاوز مسألة الملف النووي للوصول إلى اتفاق أسرع.
من جانبه، قال المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع الإيرانية رضا طلائي نيك، اليوم الثلاثاء، إن الولايات المتحدة لم تعد في وضع يسمح لها بإملاء سياستها على الدول المستقلة. وأضاف أن واشنطن ستتقبل التخلي عن مطالبها غير القانونية وغير المنطقية، وفق ما نقل عنه التلفزيون الإيراني.
وكان مسؤول إيراني توقع أن تكون هناك عودة محدودة للقتال، ومن ثم الانتقال للمفاوضات.

Keeping Troops Longer
They pointed out that the scenario of “no war and no agreement” would force Washington to keep its forces in the region for a longer period, with the Strait of Hormuz remaining closed, the American blockade continuing, and each side waiting for the other to retreat or escalate first.
A source close to President Trump considered that a frozen conflict is the worst politically and economically for him, especially with about six months remaining until the midterm elections in November.
Balancing Between Waiting and Strikes
The American website reported that five advisors who spoke with Trump indicated that the president is wavering between the option of launching new military strikes or waiting to see if the “maximum pressure” policy through sanctions will push Iran to negotiate an end to its nuclear program.
One advisor mentioned that the president told him that the Iranians “only understand bombs.” He added: The president is frustrated, but he is realistic; he does not want to use force, but he also does not intend to back down.
Tendency to Reject the Iranian Proposal
According to sources from CNN, Trump hinted to his advisors that he is unlikely to accept the recent Iranian proposal conveyed through Pakistani intermediaries, which included ending the blockade and reopening the Strait of Hormuz, while postponing issues related to the nuclear program to later negotiations after the war ends.
Two informed individuals stated that Trump conveyed his viewpoint during a meeting held yesterday, Monday, with senior national security officials, discussing the Iranian file.
Officials pointed out that reopening the strait without resolving issues related to Iran’s uranium enrichment or its stockpile of uranium close to military use could remove a key leverage point for Washington in negotiations, referring to the maritime blockade on Iranian ports.
The network revealed that Trump’s alternative option is to keep the waterway closed, which would prolong the rise in energy prices, something that has already led to an increase in fuel prices in the United States.
Postponement of Nuclear Negotiations
Iran has presented a new proposal to the United States, through Pakistani intermediaries, to reach an agreement on reopening the Strait of Hormuz and ending the American blockade, with nuclear negotiations postponed to a later stage.
Two sources clarified that the new proposal focuses first on resolving the crisis of the Strait of Hormuz and the American blockade, with the extension of the ceasefire for a long period or agreeing on a permanent end to the war.
Under the proposal, nuclear negotiations would not begin until a later stage, after reopening the Strait of Hormuz and lifting the blockade, according to the sources.
The new Iranian proposal, according to Axios, aims to bypass the nuclear file issue to reach an agreement faster.
For his part, the spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Defense, Reza Talaei Nik, stated today, Tuesday, that the United States is no longer in a position to dictate its policy to independent countries. He added that Washington will have to accept abandoning its illegal and unreasonable demands, according to what was reported by Iranian television.
An Iranian official had predicted that there would be a limited return to fighting, followed by a transition to negotiations.
