أخبار لايت: السجن 15 عاماً وغرامة مليون ريال لمسهّلي دخول مخالفي «أمن الحدود» – أخبار السعودية

أكد الأمن العام، أن كل من يسهّل دخول مخالفي نظام أمن الحدود إلى المملكة، أو ينقلهم داخلها، أو يشغّلهم، أو يوفر لهم المأوى، أو يقدّم لهم أي شكل من أشكال المساعدة أو الخدمة، يعرّض نفسه لغرامة مالية قد تصل إلى مليون ريال.

وشدّد الأمن العام على أن العقوبات تشمل السجن لمدة تصل إلى 15 سنة، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى مليون ريال، ومصادرة وسيلة النقل المستخدمة في الجريمة، إضافة إلى مصادرة السكن الذي أُعد خصيصاً لإيواء مخالف أمن الحدود أو استُخدم لهذا الغرض، وفي حال كان السكن مملوكاً لغير الجاني فيُعاقَب المخالف بغرامة تصل إلى مليون ريال.

كما أوضح الأمن العام أن هذه الأفعال تُعدّ من الجرائم الكبيرة الموجبة للتوقيف والمخلة بالشرف والأمانة.

The Public Security has confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, or transports them within it, or employs them, or provides them with shelter, or offers them any form of assistance or service, exposes themselves to a financial penalty that may reach up to one million riyals.

The Public Security emphasized that the penalties include imprisonment for up to 15 years, a financial fine of up to one million riyals, confiscation of the means of transportation used in the crime, in addition to the confiscation of the residence that was specifically prepared to shelter the violator of border security or was used for this purpose. If the residence is owned by someone other than the perpetrator, the violator will be punished with a fine of up to one million riyals.

The Public Security also clarified that these actions are considered major crimes that warrant detention and are detrimental to honor and integrity.
