الكويت: تعرّض مبنى خدمي في محطة كهربائية لهجوم إيراني ومقتل عامل هندي – أخبار السعودية
أعلنت وزارة الكهرباء والماء والطاقة المتجددة الكويتية اليوم (الإثنين)، عن تعرّض مبنى خدمي في إحدى محطات القوى الكهربائية وتقطير المياه لهجوم من العدوان الإيراني الآثم ما أسفر عن وفاة أحد العاملين من الجنسية الهندية.
وأكدت المتحدث باسم وزارة الكهرباء والماء والطاقة المتجددة، المهندسة فاطمة عباس جوهر حياة في بيان أن الفرق الفنية وفرق الطوارئ باشرت أعمالها بشكل فوري، وفق خطط الطوارئ المعتمدة للتعامل مع تداعيات الحادث، واستمرار كفاءة التشغيل، بالتوازي مع التنسيق الكامل مع الجهات الأمنية والجهات ذات الصلة لتأمين المواقع المتضررة.
ودعت إلى التحلي بالهدوء وعدم الانسياق وراء الشائعات واستقاء المعلومات من مصادرها الرسمية، مؤكدةً مواصلة متابعة المستجدات بشفافية. وشددت على أن سلامة واستقرار المنظومة الكهربائية والمائية تمثل أولوية قصوى، وأن جميع الفرق الفنية تعمل على مدار الساعة بكفاءة عالية، تحسباً لأي طارئ وضماناً لاستمرارية الخدمات الحيوية.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy announced today (Monday) that a service building at one of the power plants and water distillation facilities was attacked by the malicious Iranian aggression, resulting in the death of one worker of Indian nationality.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Engineer Fatima Abbas Johar Hayat, confirmed in a statement that the technical teams and emergency teams began their work immediately, according to the approved emergency plans to deal with the repercussions of the incident and to maintain operational efficiency, while fully coordinating with security agencies and relevant authorities to secure the affected sites.
She called for calm and urged the public not to be drawn into rumors and to obtain information from official sources, emphasizing the continued monitoring of developments with transparency. She stressed that the safety and stability of the electrical and water systems represent a top priority, and that all technical teams are working around the clock with high efficiency, in anticipation of any emergencies and to ensure the continuity of vital services.
