«قمة الأولوية» تناقش كيفية انتقال رؤوس الأموال لمراكز نمو جديدة – أخبار السعودية
افتتحت مؤسسة مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار فعاليات اليوم الأول من «قمة الأولوية» في ميامي 2026 تحت شعار «حركة رأس المال»، التي جمعت مستثمرين عالميين وصناع سياسات وقادة أعمال؛ لبحث كيفية انتقال رؤوس الأموال عبر المناطق والقطاعات والتقنيات في ظل التحولات والتغيرات الجيوسياسية والاقتصادية.
وناقش المتحدثون والمشاركون في الجلسات كيف يتحرك رأس المال بوتيرة أسرع، وبغايات أكثر وضوحًا، نحو مراكز نمو جديدة، ونقل العمليات إلى الدول القريبة، والبنية التحتية، والطاقة، ورأس المال البشري بوصفها مقومات رئيسية للنمو طويل الأجل.
ملاذ آمن
وسلط القادة الضوء على تحول أمريكا اللاتينية إلى ملاذ آمن ومحرك للنمو، بفضل ما تمتلكه من موارد طبيعية هائلة، وأسواق مالية آخذة في التوسع، وأهمية جيوسياسية متزايدة.
وقال رئيس اللجنة التنفيذية الرئيس التنفيذي المكلف لمؤسسة مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار ريتشارد أتياس في افتتاح القمة: «هذه هي اللحظة المناسبة للانتقال من التشتت إلى التوافق، ومن التردد إلى العمل، والنظام الجديد لأمريكا اللاتينية لن تحدده الخطابات، بل القرارات والشراكات والاستثمارات».
وخلال الجلسات، أشار المتحدثون إلى التدفقات الرأسمالية القوية إلى الأسواق الرئيسية مثل البرازيل ودور أمريكا اللاتينية في الأمن الغذائي وأمن الطاقة العالمي وأهمية الاستثمار في البنية التحتية والتعليم لتحقيق عوائد طويلة الأجل.
إجراءات عملية
وإلى جانب الجلسات العامة، عُقدت سلسلة من الاجتماعات المغلقة التي جمعت مستثمرين وصناع سياسات وقادة قطاعات لتحويل النقاشات إلى إجراءات عملية، وركزت هذه التجمعات رفيعة المستوى على: الأصول الرقمية والتحكم المركزي، والمدن ذات المخاطر العالية والعوائد المرتفعة للاستثمار طويل الأجل، ومستقبل بيئة العمل في عام 2050، ورسخت هذه الاجتماعات دور مؤسسة مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار كمنصة جامعة تلتقي فيها الأفكار والأشخاص ورؤوس الأموال لدفع عجلة النتائج الملموسة.
كما شهدت القمة الإعلان عن «مؤشر حركة رأس المال» (CMI)، وهو مبادرة عالمية جديدة تهدف إلى تتبع كيفية تدفق رؤوس الأموال عبر الحدود والقطاعات والتقنيات.
وسيوفر المؤشر، الذي سيتم الكشف عنه خلال النسخة العاشرة من مؤتمر مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار (FII10)، لصناع القرار رؤية أوضح حول كيفية تشكيل الاستثمار لمستقبل الاقتصادات والمجتمعات.
منصة المبتكرين
وسلطت مؤسسة مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار الضوء على مسابقة «منصة المبتكرين» لعام 2026 (FII Innovators Pitch)، في نسختها الثالثة، التي أُطلقت بالتعاون مع «مبادرة حلول معهد ماساتشوستس للتكنولوجيا» (MIT Solve)، وذلك ضمن ركيزة «العمل» (ACT) الخاصة بالمؤسسة.
وستجمع المبادرة شركات ناشئة ذات إمكانات واعدة تعمل في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والاستدامة، والرعاية الصحية، والتعليم، لربطها بالمستثمرين والشركاء العالميين، على أن يُدعى المرشحون النهائيون لعرض أفكارهم خلال النسخة العاشرة من مبادرة مستقبل الاستثمار.
وأثبتت قمة الأولوية في ميامي أنه في عالم أصبحت فيه التحولات الجذرية هي «الوضع الطبيعي الجديد»، يعيد رأس المال التموضع وتغيير اتجاهاته، ويظل التركيز منصبّاً على كيفية مواءمة رأس المال مع الفرص، وكيفية تحويل هذه الحركة إلى أثر ملموس.
The Future Investment Initiative Foundation opened the first day of the “Priority Summit” in Miami 2026 under the theme “Capital Movement,” which brought together global investors, policymakers, and business leaders to discuss how capital flows across regions, sectors, and technologies amid geopolitical and economic transformations.
Speakers and participants in the sessions discussed how capital is moving faster and with clearer goals towards new growth centers, relocating operations to nearby countries, and emphasizing infrastructure, energy, and human capital as key drivers of long-term growth.
Safe Haven
Leaders highlighted Latin America’s transformation into a safe haven and a growth engine, thanks to its vast natural resources, expanding financial markets, and increasing geopolitical significance.
Richard Attias, the Executive Chairman and CEO of the Future Investment Initiative Foundation, stated at the summit’s opening: “This is the right moment to move from fragmentation to consensus, from hesitation to action, and the new order for Latin America will not be defined by speeches, but by decisions, partnerships, and investments.”
During the sessions, speakers pointed to strong capital flows into major markets like Brazil and the role of Latin America in global food security and energy security, as well as the importance of investing in infrastructure and education to achieve long-term returns.
Practical Measures
In addition to the public sessions, a series of closed meetings were held, bringing together investors, policymakers, and sector leaders to turn discussions into practical actions. These high-level gatherings focused on: digital assets and central control, high-risk cities with high returns for long-term investment, and the future of the work environment in 2050. These meetings reinforced the role of the Future Investment Initiative Foundation as a unifying platform where ideas, people, and capital converge to drive tangible results.
The summit also witnessed the announcement of the “Capital Movement Index” (CMI), a new global initiative aimed at tracking how capital flows across borders, sectors, and technologies.
The index, which will be unveiled during the tenth edition of the Future Investment Initiative (FII10), will provide decision-makers with a clearer vision of how investment shapes the future of economies and societies.
Innovators Platform
The Future Investment Initiative Foundation highlighted the “Innovators Platform” competition for 2026 (FII Innovators Pitch), in its third edition, launched in collaboration with the “MIT Solve” initiative, as part of the foundation’s “ACT” pillar.
The initiative will bring together promising startups working in the fields of artificial intelligence, sustainability, healthcare, and education, connecting them with global investors and partners, with finalists invited to present their ideas during the tenth edition of the Future Investment Initiative.
The Priority Summit in Miami demonstrated that in a world where radical transformations have become the “new normal,” capital is repositioning and changing its directions, while the focus remains on how to align capital with opportunities and how to translate this movement into tangible impact.
