بعد 4 أسابيع حرب.. الأسواق تترقب «اثنين أسود» – أخبار السعودية
فيما هدد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بتصعيد الحرب.. أكدت إيران مواصلة استهداف منشآت الطاقة والوقود في الخليج، الأمر الذي قد يعني استمرار الاضطراب في أسواق الطاقة والأسواق المالية العالمية وتفاقم الأزمة في المنطقة.
وقال محلل الأسواق توني سيكامور:«وضع تهديد الرئيس ترمب الذي مدته 48 ساعة ليتزايد الغموض الذي يكتنف المشهد في الأسواق، إذا لم يتم التراجع عن هذا الإنذار، فمن المرجح أن نشهد حالة سقوط حر لأسواق الأسهم العالمية عند فتحها في يوم اثنين أسود، وارتفاعا حادا في أسعار النفط».
وأضاف:«طهران من المرجح أن تستهدف منشآت طاقة في دول الخليج؛ الأمر الذي سيؤدي إلى تعميق وإطالة أمد المعاناة من ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة ودفع الصراع إلى أزمة أوسع في المنطقة».
تصعيد كبير
وأشار سيكامور إلى أن فكرة ترمب في استهداف البنية التحتية الإيرانية هي جعل إغلاق هرمز غير محتمل اقتصاديا وسياسيا لطهران، دون تدمير حقول النفط الإيرانية وهو من شأنه أن يسبب أضرارا طويلة الأمد للإمدادات العالمية.
وكان ترمب قد توعد أمس، بتدمير محطات الطاقة الكهربائية الإيرانية إذا لم تعد طهران فتح مضيق هرمز بالكامل في غضون 48 ساعة، وهو تصعيد كبير بعد يوم واحد فقط من حديثه عن «إنهاء» الحرب، التي دخلت أسبوعها الرابع.
وحذرت إيران من أنها ستستهدف البنية التحتية الأمريكية، بما في ذلك منشآت طاقة في المنطقة، إذا نفذ ترمب تهديده الذي أطلقه في وقت تواصل فيه قوات من مشاة البحرية الأمريكية وسفن الإنزال الثقيلة توجهها إلى المنطقة.
أسوأ أزمة
وارتفعت أسعار النفط في آخر تداولات لها، وبلغت أعلى مستوى منذ ما يقرب من أربع سنوات عند التسوية، بعد أن أعلن العراق حالة القوة القاهرة على جميع حقول النفط التي تطورها شركات أجنبية، وبعد أن هاجمت إسرائيل حقل غاز رئيسي في إيران، وردت طهران بشن هجمات على السعودية وقطر والكويت.
وتسببت الهجمات الإيرانية في إغلاق مضيق هرمز فعليا، وهو ممر ضيق يمره عبره نحو خُمس إمدادات النفط والغاز الطبيعي المسال العالمية، مما تسبب في أسوأ أزمة نفط منذ السبعينيات. وأدى إغلاقه شبه الكامل إلى ارتفاع أسعار الغاز في أوروبا بنسبة تصل إلى 35 % الأسبوع الماضي.

Market analyst Tony Sycamore said: “Trump’s 48-hour threat has added to the uncertainty surrounding the market scene. If this warning is not retracted, we are likely to witness a free fall in global stock markets when they open on a Black Monday, along with a sharp rise in oil prices.”
He added: “Tehran is likely to target energy facilities in Gulf countries, which will deepen and prolong the suffering from rising energy prices and push the conflict into a broader crisis in the region.”
Major Escalation
Sycamore noted that Trump’s idea of targeting Iranian infrastructure is to make the closure of the Strait of Hormuz economically and politically untenable for Tehran, without destroying Iranian oil fields, which would cause long-term damage to global supplies.
Trump had vowed yesterday to destroy Iranian power plants if Tehran did not fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, marking a significant escalation just one day after he spoke about “ending” the war, which has entered its fourth week.
Iran warned that it would target U.S. infrastructure, including energy facilities in the region, if Trump carried out his threat, which came at a time when U.S. Marine Corps forces and heavy landing ships were continuing to head to the area.
Worst Crisis
Oil prices surged in their latest trading, reaching the highest level in nearly four years at settlement, after Iraq declared a state of force majeure on all oil fields developed by foreign companies, and after Israel attacked a major gas field in Iran, prompting Tehran to launch attacks on Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
The Iranian attacks effectively closed the Strait of Hormuz, a narrow passage through which about one-fifth of the world’s oil and liquefied natural gas supplies pass, causing the worst oil crisis since the 1970s. Its near-total closure led to a rise in gas prices in Europe by up to 35% last week.
