في قصة استثنائية تُجسد الموهبة المبكرة، خطف الطفل الصيني شاو زيان الأنظار بعدما تمكن من قيادة سيارات السباق في سن مبكرة للغاية، متجاوزًا قدرات الكثير من البالغين في هذا المجال.

وفقًا لموقع odditycentral، وبدأت رحلة شاو مع عالم السباقات وهو في عامه الأول، حيث تعرّف على أجهزة محاكاة القيادة الاحترافية، قبل أن يبدأ قيادة سيارات الكارتينغ الفعلية قبل بلوغه سن الثالثة.

وفي سن الرابعة، دخل الطفل عالم المنافسات الاحترافية، حيث شارك في سباقات الرالي ونجح في تحقيق إنجاز لافت بفوزه بجائزة (نجم الأمل) ضمن بطولة الصين لسباقات الرالي السريعة لعام 2023.

كما برزت مهاراته في ألعاب المحاكاة الشهيرة مثل (DiRT Rally 2.0) و(WRC 10)، إذ تمكن من تصنيف نفسه ضمن أفضل 30 سائقًا على مستوى العالم، وهو ما دفع والده إلى تعديل أول سيارة رالي خاصة به لتناسب مهاراته المتقدمة.

وفي 9 أبريل 2023، حصل شاو زيان، وهو في الخامسة من عمره، على شهادة تدريب معتمدة من أكاديمية RUNRACING، والمصدّقة من الاتحاد الصيني للسيارات والدراجات النارية، ليصبح بذلك أصغر سائق سباقات مرخّص في البلاد.

وخلال العام الماضي، شارك الطفل في رالي “وويي” للسيارات في الصين باستخدام سيارة معدلة خصيصًا له، في خطوة عززت حضوره في الساحة الرياضية.

ووفقًا لتقارير صينية، استثمر والد شاو نحو 800 ألف يوان (نحو 116 ألف دولار) في تجهيز سيارات سباق معدلة وأجهزة محاكاة متطورة، كما شارك بنفسه كمساعد سائق (ملاح) إلى جانب ابنه في سباقات الرالي.

ورغم مهاراته اللافتة، يلتزم شاو بالقوانين المرورية، إذ لا يقود في الطرق العامة، حيث يتم نقل سياراته إلى مواقع السباقات باستخدام مقطورات، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات قانون السلامة المرورية.

According to odditycentral, Shao’s journey into the world of racing began when he was just one year old, as he was introduced to professional driving simulators before he started driving actual go-karts before turning three.

At the age of four, the child entered the world of professional competitions, participating in rally races and achieving a remarkable feat by winning the “Star of Hope” award in the 2023 China Fast Rally Championship.

His skills also shone in popular simulation games like (DiRT Rally 2.0) and (WRC 10), where he managed to rank himself among the top 30 drivers in the world, prompting his father to modify his first rally car to suit his advanced skills.

On April 9, 2023, Shao Zian, at the age of five, received a certified training certificate from the RUNRACING Academy, accredited by the Chinese Automobile and Motorcycle Federation, thus becoming the youngest licensed race driver in the country.

Over the past year, the child participated in the “Wuyi” car rally in China using a car specially modified for him, a step that enhanced his presence in the sports arena.

According to Chinese reports, Shao’s father invested around 800,000 yuan (about 116,000 dollars) in preparing modified race cars and advanced simulation equipment, and he himself participated as a co-driver alongside his son in the rally races.

Despite his remarkable skills, Shao adheres to traffic laws, as he does not drive on public roads, with his cars being transported to race locations using trailers, in accordance with traffic safety regulations.
