عبر بيان رسمي جدّدت شركة نادي الهلال استغرابها من آلية اختيار الطواقم التحكيمية الأجنبية المستقطبة لقيادة مباريات دوري روشن السعودي من قبل لجنة الحكام في الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وذلك في عدد من مباريات الموسم الرياضي الجاري، كان آخرها مواجهة الفريق الأول أمام مضيفه «الفتح».

‏وأوضحت الشركة أن النادي يلتزم بتحمل التكلفة المالية المرتفعة وفق متطلبات لجنة الحكام بهدف استقطاب طواقم تحكيمية من النخبة المعروفة عالميًا، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة المنافسات ويتواكب مع النهضة الكبيرة التي تشهدها كرة القدم السعودية والمكانة المتقدمة التي وصلت إليها، إلا أن استمرار استقطاب طواقم تحكيمية أجنبية متواضعة يثير تساؤلات مشروعة حول آلية الاختيار، مشددة على أهمية الارتقاء بجودة الحكام المستقطبين، خصوصًا مع اقتراب المنافسات من مراحل الحسم.

‏وشدّدت الشركة على تعذّر الاستعانة بطواقم تحكيمية محلية لقيادة مباريات الهلال؛ في ظل تكرّر عدد من الحالات التحكيمية المؤثرة في بعض المباريات التنافسية أخيرًا، التي أسهمت في تغيير عدد من النتائج، الأمر الذي يستدعي مراجعة آلية اختيار الطواقم التحكيمية الأجنبية بما يضمن الاستعانة بحكام يمتلكون الخبرة والكفاءة التي تواكب مستوى المنافسة.

In an official statement, Al-Hilal Club expressed its astonishment at the mechanism for selecting foreign refereeing teams to officiate matches in the Saudi Roshan League by the Referees Committee of the Saudi Football Federation. This has been evident in several matches of the current sports season, the latest being the first team’s match against its host “Al-Fateh”.

The company clarified that the club is committed to bearing the high financial costs according to the requirements of the Referees Committee, aiming to attract elite refereeing teams known globally, which contributes to enhancing the quality of competitions and aligns with the significant development that Saudi football is witnessing and the advanced status it has reached. However, the continued recruitment of modest foreign refereeing teams raises legitimate questions about the selection mechanism, emphasizing the importance of improving the quality of the recruited referees, especially with the competitions approaching decisive stages.

The company stressed the difficulty of relying on local refereeing teams to officiate Al-Hilal matches, given the recurrence of several impactful refereeing cases in some recent competitive matches, which have contributed to changing several results. This situation necessitates a review of the mechanism for selecting foreign refereeing teams to ensure the involvement of referees who possess the experience and competence that match the level of competition.
