بدأت القصة عندما نشرت بريتاني سميث مقطعاً عبر تطبيق TikTok يظهر فيه عامل التوصيل ريتشارد بولي (78 عاماً) وهو يسير ببطء شديد عبر ممر منزلها حاملاً طلب قهوة من Starbucks.
