أوضح المحاضر الآسيوي الدكتور يحيى جابر في حديثه لـ«عكاظ»، حول ما يحدث لمدرب الهلال من تعثرات، أن الإيطالي إنزاغي وقع في مشكلة كبيرة مع الهلال أجبرته على اللعب بأسلوب تكتيكي قريب من المدرسة الإيطالية الحديثة، وغالباً ما يستخدم خطة 4-2-3-1 أو 3-5-2، التي تتحول دفاعياً إلى خط دفاع متقدم مع ضغط جماعي على المنافس في وسط الملعب، حيث تعتبر فكرة المدرب الأساسية هي تقليل المساحات بين الخطوط، بحيث يشارك لاعبو الوسط والهجوم في الدفاع، ثم التحول السريع إلى الهجوم عبر الأجنحة أو التمريرات العمودية، كما يعتمد على الاستحواذ الطويل على الكرة لمنع المنافس من بناء الهجمات بسهولة. وأضاف: يبدو أن سبب اعتماده على هذه الطريقة يأتي على شقين، حيث الأول هو تأكيده على الطريقة الدفاعية الإيطالية كمدرسة تدريبية حصينة تؤمن الدفاع ثم الهجوم، بينما الشق الثاني هو صراع النجوم داخل الفريق الذي يقع في مشكلة التنافسات الحساسة بينهم وعدم عودة اللاعبين للدفاع بالشكل العاجل والسريع، وهذا ما يجعله يتمسك إلى حد ما بخططه الدفاعية كطريقة لعب أساسية.

إنزاغي ليس مدرباً سهلاً

وقال جابر: المدرب إنزاغي ليس مدرباً سهلاً أو كما يذكر البعض بأنه غير مناسب للهلال، بل هو مدرب محنك، وذو قدرات فنية عالية، ولكن يبقى على اللاعبين جزء من المهمة في التعاون وتطبيق ما يريده، وترك الصراعات الجانبية والنفسية والتركيز على تنفيذ الأهداف الفنية، كما أنه يقع على عاتق الجهاز الإداري جزء من الإيمان بالمدرب والجهاز الفني، وتطبيق السياسة العامة للجهاز الفني، ورأب أي صدع، بتلاحم وتكاتف ومهنية لخدمة الجهاز الفني واللاعبين والنادي عموماً.

إدارتهم صعبة

قال جابر: جلب اللاعبين المحترفين سهل، ولكن إدارتهم الاحترافية صعبة، وتحتاج لفريق قوي ومهني وذي موثوقية عالية.

The coach’s main idea is to reduce the spaces between the lines, allowing midfield and attacking players to participate in defense, then quickly transition to attack through the wings or vertical passes. He also relies on long possession of the ball to prevent the opponent from easily building attacks. He added: It seems that the reason for his reliance on this method comes in two aspects; the first is his emphasis on the Italian defensive style as a solid training school that prioritizes defense before attack, while the second aspect is the star conflict within the team, which faces the problem of sensitive competitions among them and the players not returning to defend promptly and quickly. This is what makes him somewhat cling to his defensive plans as a primary playing style.

Inzaghi is not an easy coach

Jabir said: Coach Inzaghi is not an easy coach or as some mention that he is unsuitable for Al-Hilal; rather, he is an experienced coach with high technical abilities. However, the players have a part of the mission in cooperating and applying what he wants, leaving aside side and psychological conflicts, and focusing on executing the technical objectives. It is also the responsibility of the administrative staff to have faith in the coach and the technical staff, to implement the general policy of the technical staff, and to mend any rift with unity, solidarity, and professionalism to serve the technical staff, players, and the club as a whole.

Managing them is difficult

Jabir said: Bringing in professional players is easy, but managing them professionally is difficult and requires a strong, professional team with high reliability.
