تتصدر الفنانة جيهان الشماشرجي المشهد الفني والقانوني في مصر بعد إحالتها إلى محكمة الجنايات، بتهمة السرقة بالإكراه والتسبب في إصابة سيدة، ضمن قضية مثيرة للجدل في منطقة قصر النيل بالقاهرة.

وتأتي هذه التطورات بينما يعرض لها حالياً مسلسل في ماراثون دراما رمضان، ما زاد من اهتمام الجمهور والإعلام بالقضية.

وكشف التحقيق في القضية رقم 6553 لسنة 2025 جنايات قصر النيل، المقيدة برقم 1434 لسنة 2025 كلي وسط القاهرة، أن الفنانة وشركاءها الأربعة استهدفوا المجني عليها مي حسام طه للاستيلاء على منقولاتها، متفقين على استخدام القوة والإكراه لتحقيق أهدافهم.

وأوضحت التحقيقات أن المتهمين استدرجوا المجني عليها، واستولوا على محتوياتها الخاصة، بينما قام قائد السيارة التي كانوا يستقلونها بدهسها عمداً، ما أدى إلى إصابتها بجروح بالغة وأثارت صدمة نفسية حادة، وفقاً للتقارير الطبية.

وبحسب التحريات، حاول المتهمون التغطية على الجريمة بادعاء وقوع حادثة تصادم عرضي، إلا أن أقوال الشهود وأدلة التحقيق فضحت المخطط، ليتم ضبط الأدوات المستخدمة في الواقعة، بما في ذلك «مطرقة»، وتقديم المتهمين جميعاً للنيابة.

وتم تحديد أولى جلسات المحاكمة يوم 26 مارس 2026 أمام دائرة محكمة استئناف القاهرة، وسط متابعة واسعة من الرأي العام بسبب طبيعة الاتهامات وتورط شخصية عامة.

وفي التحقيق أمام النيابة، نفت جيهان الشماشرجي أي علاقة لها بالسرقة أو الاعتداء، مؤكدة أن نزاعها كان يتعلق بالخلاف على الشراكة في مقر الشركة السكني والتجاري، وهو ما ستفصل فيه المحكمة خلال الجلسات القادمة.

وبدأت الواقعة نتيجة نزاع تجاري بين الفنانة التي تعتبر شريكة في شركة أزياء وبين المجني عليها مي حسام، حيث كانت الفنانة تستأجر غرفة داخل مقر الشركة لممارسة نشاط تجاري سابق في بيع الإكسسوارات قبل احترافها التمثيل.

وتتضمن القضية إلى جانب الفنانة: مديرة شركة، وسائقاً، وعاملين آخرين، أحدهم لا يزال هارباً وأصدر بحقه أمر ضبط وإحضار، بينما يواجه المتهمون تهم السرقة بالإكراه، والتسبب في إصابات بالغة، والتعدي على الممتلكات، والتي قد تصل عقوبتها إلى السجن المشدد أو المؤبد وفق القانون المصري.

The artist Jihan Al-Shamashirji is at the forefront of the artistic and legal scene in Egypt after being referred to the Criminal Court on charges of armed robbery and causing injury to a woman, as part of a controversial case in the Qasr Al-Nil area of Cairo.

This development comes while she is currently airing a series in the Ramadan drama marathon, which has increased public and media interest in the case.

The investigation into case number 6553 of 2025, Qasr Al-Nil Criminal Court, registered under number 1434 of 2025, Central Cairo, revealed that the artist and her four accomplices targeted the victim, Mai Hossam Taha, to seize her belongings, agreeing to use force and coercion to achieve their goals.

The investigations clarified that the defendants lured the victim and seized her personal belongings, while the driver of the vehicle they were in deliberately ran her over, resulting in severe injuries and causing acute psychological trauma, according to medical reports.

According to the investigations, the defendants attempted to cover up the crime by claiming that an accidental collision had occurred, but witness statements and evidence from the investigation exposed the plot, leading to the seizure of the tools used in the incident, including a “hammer,” and the referral of all the defendants to the prosecution.

The first session of the trial has been scheduled for March 26, 2026, before the Cairo Court of Appeal, amid widespread public attention due to the nature of the charges and the involvement of a public figure.

In her testimony before the prosecution, Jihan Al-Shamashirji denied any involvement in the theft or assault, asserting that her dispute was related to a disagreement over the partnership in the residential and commercial premises of the company, which the court will rule on in the upcoming sessions.

The incident began as a commercial dispute between the artist, who is considered a partner in a fashion company, and the victim, Mai Hossam, as the artist was renting a room within the company’s premises to conduct a previous business activity in selling accessories before she became a professional actress.

The case involves, in addition to the artist: a company manager, a driver, and two other workers, one of whom is still at large and has an arrest warrant issued against him, while the defendants face charges of armed robbery, causing severe injuries, and property damage, which could lead to severe or life imprisonment under Egyptian law.
