​احتفلت سفارة جمعية الأدب المهنية بمحافظة أحد المسارحة باليوم العالمي للقصة القصيرة، من خلال تنظيم أمسية أدبية نوعية حملت عنوان «تجربة كتابة القصة القصيرة».

وتمت خلال الأمسية استضافة الأديبة القاصة سعاد عسيري في أمسية قصصية أدارها الزميل الإعلامي عبده علواني وسط حضور ثقافي وأدبي من محبي كتاب القصة القصيرة، كما تم التعريف بالقصة القصيرة ودورها في معالجة بعض القضايا الاجتماعية.

وسردت القاصة سعاد عسيري عدداً من النصوص القصصيّة القصيرة المتنوعة من مجموعاتها القصصية الثلاث (الرقص على رصيف الأحلام، وفراشة الدار، وقصة ظل عاشق”.

وتحدثت عن تجربتها القصصيّة وكيف بدأت مشوارها القصصي وما هي التحديات التي واجهتها في كتابة القصة القصيرة وكيف طوّرت الكتابة الإبداعية لديها وما الذي يحتاجه الشخص كي يصبح كاتباً مبدعاً.

وأكدت سعاد عسيري خلال حديثها أن القراءة المكثفة هي سر نجاح كل كاتب مبدع لديه هدف واضح.

واختتمت الأمسية السفيرة لدى جمعية الأدب المهنية الإعلامية فاطم عطيف بكلمة عن أهمية المشاركات الأدبية والثقافية وما تقدمه الجمعية من برامج وأنشطة ثقافية متنوعة وهو ما يثري الحركة الثقافية في المملكة.

وتم خلال الأمسية تكريم القاصة سعاد عسيري، والإعلامي عبده علواني.

The Embassy of the Professional Literary Association in the Governorate of Ahad Al-Masarhah celebrated the International Short Story Day by organizing a literary evening titled “The Experience of Writing Short Stories.”

During the evening, the writer and short story author Suad Asiri was hosted in a storytelling session moderated by media colleague Abdu Al-Alwani, amidst a cultural and literary presence of short story enthusiasts. The session also introduced the short story and its role in addressing some social issues.

Author Suad Asiri narrated a number of diverse short story texts from her three story collections (“Dancing on the Sidewalk of Dreams,” “The House Butterfly,” and “The Shadow of a Lover”).

She spoke about her storytelling experience, how she began her narrative journey, the challenges she faced in writing short stories, how she developed her creative writing, and what one needs to become a creative writer.

Suad Asiri emphasized during her talk that intensive reading is the secret to the success of every creative writer with a clear goal.

The evening concluded with a speech by the ambassador to the Professional Literary Association, Fatim Atif, about the importance of literary and cultural contributions and what the association offers in terms of diverse cultural programs and activities, enriching the cultural movement in the Kingdom.

During the evening, author Suad Asiri and media figure Abdu Al-Alwani were honored.
