– لم يعد ما يحدث في المشهد الرياضي «الكروي» مجرد حالات فردية عابرة، بل بات نمطًا متكررًا من الانفلات اللفظي والسلوكي، يتنامى في ظل غيابٍ واضحٍ للمساءلة، أو تأخرٍ غير مبرر في اتخاذ القرارات التأديبية واسمحوا بالقول حين تغيب المساءلة… يتحول الانفلات إلى قاعدة لا استثناء. وتتحول الفوضى إلى نظام موازٍ، وتصبح العدالة مجرد نص بلا أثر.

– النصوص النظامية موجودة، واللوائح مكتوبة بوضوح، والعقوبات محددة سلفًا، لكن الإشكالية الحقيقية تكمن في التطبيق. فالتراخي في العقوبة ليس حلاً له ما يبرره كما قد يُتصوّر، بل هو إخلال صريح بالعدالة، ويبعث برسالة سلبية مفادها أن التجاوز يمكن أن يمر دون تبعات، والأخطر من ذلك، أن الصمت الرسمي أمام هذه التجاوزات يتحول إلى تفويض غير معلن لاستمراره.

– في المقابل، تتصاعد موجات النقد من الإعلام والجماهير، وتُرصد الوقائع بالصوت والصورة، إلا أن التأخر في الحسم يمنح المخالفة مساحة زمنية تتحول فيها إلى أمرٍ معتاد. فالتجاوز غير المعاقب… سابقة تُغري بالتكرار، وتأخر القرار التأديبي لا يعني إلا منح المخالفة شرعية زمنية مرفوضة.

– وبالعودة إلى مراحل سابقة، لم تكن التجاوزات أقل حضورًا، لكنها كانت تُقابل بحسمٍ وسرعةٍ في اتخاذ القرار. لم يكن النظام مثاليًا، لكنه كان واضحًا في رسالته: أن الانضباط خط أحمر، وأن هيبة النظام لا تُساوم. أما اليوم، فحين تختلف المعايير من حالة إلى أخرى، ومن نادٍ إلى آخر، ولاعب ومثله في فريق آخر، فإن النتيجة الحتمية هي أن هيبة النظام تسقط قبل أن تسقط العقوبة.

– إن أخطر ما تواجهه أي منظومة رياضية ليس وجود الأخطاء، بل الانضباط الانتقائي، لأنه يقوّض الثقة، ويزرع الشك في عدالة القرارات. فأي منظومة لا تُطبّق أنظمتها بعدالة… تفقد شرعيتها المعنوية، وتفتح الباب أمام الاجتهادات والتأويلات التي لا تنتهي.

– وما يحدث داخل المستطيل الأخضر لا ينفصل عما يدور خارجه؛ من مدرجاتٍ قد تتحول إلى بؤر تعصب، إلى منصات رقمية تشهد تراشقًا غير منضبط، وصولًا إلى بعض الطروحات الإعلامية التي انجرفت نحو الإثارة على حساب المهنية. وفي ظل هذا المشهد، تصبح المدرجات المنفلتة نتيجة مباشرة لضعف الردع، لا مجرد ظاهرة عابرة، ولعل أخطرها رئيس إحدى روابط الأندية فهو خطر على المدرجات وجماهير بدأت تتأثر بفكره وأسلوبه الذي يمثل «بؤرة تعصب» لا يمكن السكوت عليه والتغاضي عن سلوكياته البعيدة كل البعد عن الروح الرياضية والأهداف المرجوة من هذه الروابط الجماهيرية.

– إن تبرير التجاوزات التي تخص بعض نجوم ومدربين محترفين عالميين بمنطق اختلاف الثقافات أو البيئات لا يمكن قبوله. فالاحتراف الحقيقي لا يُقاس بالمهارات الفنية فقط، بل يبدأ أولًا باحترام الأنظمة، والالتزام بالقيم التي تشكل هوية المنافسة.

– أما الحديث عن “العالمية” فلا يمكن فصله عن جوهر الانضباط. فالعالمية لا تُشترى بالنجوم… بل تُصان بسيادة القانون، ولا يمكن أن تتحقق في بيئة تُدار بالصمت، أو تُبرر فيها الأخطاء، أو تُطبق فيها الأنظمة بشكل انتقائي.

– ختامًا، العدالة المتذبذبة ليست عدالة، بل ظلمٌ مقنّع، والصمت لا يصنع هيبة، بل يكرّس الفوضى، وفي ظل هذا الواقع، تبقى الحقيقة الأوضح: لا عالمية في ظل فوضى بلا مساءلة.

– Conversely, waves of criticism rise from the media and the public, and incidents are documented in sound and image, yet the delay in decisive action gives violations a time frame in which they become routine. Unpunished transgressions… create a precedent that tempts repetition, and the delay in disciplinary decisions only grants the violation an unacceptable temporal legitimacy.

– Looking back at previous stages, the transgressions were no less present, but they were met with decisiveness and speed in decision-making. The system was not perfect, but it was clear in its message: discipline is a red line, and the authority of the system is non-negotiable. Today, however, when standards vary from one case to another, from one club to another, and from one player to a similar one in another team, the inevitable result is that the authority of the system collapses before the penalty does.

– The most dangerous challenge facing any sports system is not the existence of mistakes, but selective discipline, as it undermines trust and sows doubt about the fairness of decisions. Any system that does not apply its regulations fairly… loses its moral legitimacy and opens the door to endless interpretations and speculations.

– What happens on the green field is not separate from what occurs outside it; from stands that can turn into centers of fanaticism, to digital platforms witnessing uncontrolled exchanges, to some media propositions that have drifted towards sensationalism at the expense of professionalism. In light of this scene, the unruly stands become a direct result of weak deterrence, not just a passing phenomenon. Perhaps the most dangerous is the head of one of the clubs’ associations, as he poses a threat to the stands and to fans who are beginning to be influenced by his ideas and style, which represent a “center of fanaticism” that cannot be ignored or overlooked, given his behaviors that are far removed from sportsmanship and the objectives of these fan associations.

– Justifying the transgressions of certain stars and internationally renowned coaches with the logic of cultural or environmental differences cannot be accepted. True professionalism is not measured solely by technical skills; it begins first with respecting regulations and adhering to the values that shape the identity of competition.

– As for the talk about “globality,” it cannot be separated from the essence of discipline. Globality is not bought with stars… but is preserved by the rule of law, and cannot be achieved in an environment managed by silence, where mistakes are justified, or where regulations are applied selectively.

– In conclusion, fluctuating justice is not justice at all, but rather veiled oppression, and silence does not create authority; it entrenches chaos. In light of this reality, the clearest truth remains: there is no globality in a state of chaos without accountability.
