«قارب الأشباح» في ليبيا.. 8 أيام من الجوع تنهي حياة 17 شخصاً في عرض البحر – أخبار السعودية
ثمانية أيام كاملة في عرض البحر المتوسط بلا طعام، ولا ماء، وبلا أمل. هكذا كانت تفاصيل الرحلة الأخيرة لقارب هجرة غير نظامي انقطعت به السبل قبالة سواحل ليبيا، لينتهي بمشهد مأساوي هز الأوساط الإنسانية في ليبيا والعالم.
بدأت الحكاية ببلاغ عن مركب فقد الاتصال بالعالم منذ أيام. ومع تحرك فرق خفر السواحل خاض زورق «المرقب» سباقاً مع الزمن وسط ظروف بحرية قاسية. وبعد 8 ساعات من البحث المضني بين الأمواج، عثرت الفرق على القارب التائه، لكن المفاجأة كانت «مروعة».
مشهد الموت والحياة
ما وجدته فرق الإنقاذ لم يكن مجرد مركب عاطل، بل «مقبرة عائمة»:
- 17 جثة لمهاجرين فارقوا الحياة نتيجة العطش والإنهاك.
- 7 ناجين فقط، كانوا يتشبثون بالحياة في رمقها الأخير، وسط حالة صحية حرجة جداً.
وأكد الهلال الأحمر الليبي أن الناجين عانوا من حالة إعياء شديدة نتيجة الجوع والعطش الطويل، وتم نقلهم على وجه السرعة لتلقي الرعاية الطبية المكثفة. أما الضحايا، فقد جرى انتشالهم ونقلهم لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والإنسانية اللازمة، في مشهد يلخص قسوة «طريق الموت» نحو أوروبا.
رغم غموض التفاصيل حول جنسيات الضحايا أو نقطة الانطلاق، إلا أن الواقعة أعادت تسليط الضوء على الأزمة المستمرة في البحر المتوسط. فالبحر الذي يراه المهاجرون طريقاً نحو «الجنة الأوروبية»، يتحول في كل مرة إلى فخ قاتل يلتهم أحلامهم وأجسادهم.
وتظل مأساة «قارب الأشباح» صرخة جديدة في وجه العالم، تذكر بأن أزمة الهجرة ليست مجرد أرقام، بل هي أرواح تضيع في رحلة البحث عن كرامة مفقودة.

The story began with a report about a boat that had lost contact with the outside world for days. As the coast guard teams mobilized, the vessel “Al-Mirqab” raced against time amidst harsh maritime conditions. After 8 hours of painstaking search among the waves, the teams found the lost boat, but the surprise was “horrifying.”
The Scene of Death and Life
What the rescue teams found was not just a broken-down boat, but a “floating grave”:
- 17 bodies of migrants who had died from thirst and exhaustion.
- Only 7 survivors, who were clinging to life in its last moments, in a very critical health condition.
The Libyan Red Crescent confirmed that the survivors suffered from severe fatigue due to long hunger and thirst, and they were urgently transported to receive intensive medical care. As for the victims, they were retrieved and transferred to take the necessary legal and humanitarian measures, in a scene that summarizes the harshness of the “death road” to Europe.
Despite the ambiguity surrounding the nationalities of the victims or the point of departure, the incident has once again highlighted the ongoing crisis in the Mediterranean Sea. The sea, which migrants see as a path to the “European paradise,” turns every time into a deadly trap that devours their dreams and bodies.
The tragedy of the “ghost boat” remains a new cry to the world, reminding us that the migration crisis is not just numbers, but lives lost in the quest for lost dignity.
