في أول تعليق له عقب قرار سحب الجنسية، اكتفى قائد المنتخب الكويتي السابق وحارس مرماه نواف الخالدي، الملقب بـ«الجسور»، بعبارة مقتضبة حملت دلالات عميقة، إذ كتب عبر حسابه في منصة «إكس»: «الحمدلله على كل حال.. وقدر الله وما شاء فعل»، في رد عكس حالة من الهدوء والاتزان، رغم وقع القرار الصادم.
قرار رسمي يشمل أكثر من 1300 شخص
وكانت وزارة الداخلية الكويتية أعلنت، الأحد، سحب الجنسية من أكثر من 1300 شخص، استناداً إلى المادة (13) من قانون الجنسية «المعدل»، في خطوة أثارت تفاعلاً واسعاً داخل الأوساط الشعبية والرياضية.
تساؤلات جماهيرية حول الأسباب
وأثار إدراج اسم الخالدي ضمن القائمة موجة من التساؤلات، خصوصاً لدى جماهير الكرة الكويتية وجماهير نادي القادسية، التي عبّرت عن استغرابها من القرار، نظراً لمكانة اللاعب وتاريخه الطويل مع «الأزرق».
الإطار القانوني للقرار
وبحسب المادة (13) من قانون الجنسية الكويتي، يأتي سحب الجنسية بناءً على توصيات اللجنة العليا لتحقيق الجنسية، في حالات تتعلق بوجود أصول غير كويتية، أو الحصول على الجنسية ضمن بند «الأعمال الجليلة» أو بالتبعية.
«الجسور».. مسيرة حافلة بالإنجازات
وُلد نواف الخالدي في 15 مايو 1981 بمدينة الكويت، وارتبط لقبه «الجسور» بشجاعته وحضوره القتالي داخل الملعب، ليصبح أحد أبرز حراس المرمى في تاريخ الكرة الكويتية.
ودافع الخالدي عن ألوان المنتخب الكويتي خلال الفترة من 2000 إلى 2014، مسجلاً 115 مباراة دولية، ليكون من أكثر اللاعبين تمثيلاً لـ«الأزرق»، قبل أن يعلن اعتزاله كرة القدم في عام 2017.

According to Article (13) of the Kuwaiti nationality law, the revocation of citizenship occurs based on recommendations from the Supreme Committee for Nationality, in cases related to having non-Kuwaiti origins, or obtaining citizenship under the “great services” clause or by affiliation.

Nawaf Al-Khaldi was born on May 15, 1981, in Kuwait City, and his nickname “The Bridges” is associated with his bravery and combat presence on the field, making him one of the most prominent goalkeepers in the history of Kuwaiti football.
Al-Khaldi defended the colors of the Kuwaiti national team from 2000 to 2014, recording 115 international matches, making him one of the most capped players for “The Blue,” before announcing his retirement from football in 2017.

Al-Khaldi began his career with Khaitan Club (1997–2001) before moving to Al-Qadsia, where he made his footballing glory until his retirement.
