أخبار لايت: إحالة نجل «ميدو» إلى محكمة الطفل في قضية حيازة مخدرات – أخبار السعودية

في تطور قضائي، أحالت جهات التحقيق في القاهرة نجل لاعب الزمالك ومنتخب مصر السابق أحمد حسام ميدو إلى محكمة الطفل، على خلفية اتهامه بحيازة مواد مخدرة، وذلك بعد رفض الاستئناف المقدم منه على الاتهامات المنسوبة إليه.

وكشفت التحريات أن المتهم يبلغ من العمر 17 عامًا، طالب في الصف الثالث الثانوي، ولا يحمل بطاقة تحقيق شخصية، فيما أكدت التحقيقات وجود صلة له بواقعة الضبط محل الاتهام.

وفي سياق متصل، أظهرت نتائج الفحص الطبي الصادر عن الجهات المختصة بالطب الشرعي إيجابية العينة المأخوذة منه لتعاطي مواد مخدرة.

ومن المقرر أن تنظر محكمة الطفل القضية خلال الفترة القادمة، في إطار الإجراءات القانونية المقررة للتعامل مع القُصّر.

In a judicial development, investigative authorities in Cairo have referred the son of former Zamalek player and Egypt national team member Ahmed Hossam Mido to the juvenile court, following accusations of drug possession, after his appeal against the charges was rejected.

Investigations revealed that the accused is 17 years old, a third-year high school student, and does not possess a personal identification card, while the investigations confirmed his connection to the incident related to the charges.

In a related context, the results of the medical examination issued by the relevant forensic authorities showed a positive result for drug use from the sample taken from him.

The juvenile court is scheduled to hear the case in the upcoming period, as part of the legal procedures established for dealing with minors.
