ثمة تغيُّر لمفهومَي «المسؤولية المجتمعية» و«المكون المجتمعي» في فكر الأسرة والقبيلة السعودية، لتصبحا رافداً محورياً من روافد التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة في «رؤية 2030».

وفي الواقع المعاش، تُحقِّق بلادنا اليوم طفرة خيرية هي الأولى عبر مسيرة الوطن، طفرة محوكِمة للعمل المؤسسي غير الربحي، طفرة ذات صبغة تخضع لهيكلة إدارية وآلية تنظيمية ومهمات وظيفية داخل أطر قانونية؛ تحقيقاً لمستهدفات يشرف على تنفيذها «المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي» الذي يرأس مجلس إدارته عرَّاب رؤيتنا الوطنية ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان.

تلك المستهدفات حققت مبتغاها لدور المواطن السعودي؛ إنسانياً ووطنياً ومجتمعياً، بما يكفل تقوية نسيج المجتمع عبر عدة صياغات مجتمعية؛ مثل: التآزر الوطني، التواصل المجتمعي، صلة الرحم، مساعدة المحتاج.

ونحن في «صندوق ذرية فضل البيضاني الخيري» بإشراف «المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي» لنا تجربة خيرية شمولية مميزة لكل أبناء الوطن في خضم الطفرة الخيرية التي تشهدها بلادنا، تجربة قائمة على مبدأ العدل والمساواة في تقديم المساعدة دون تميز، بتسلسل خدمي خيري هيكلي سلس، على سبيل المثال؛ قبيل إطلالة عيد الفطر، ركَّز الصندوق على تأمين احتياجات الأسر المحتاجة في العيد، بمعونات تؤمن لهم عيشاً بهيجاً في أيام فرحة المسلمين.

In the lived reality, our country today is achieving a charitable leap that is the first in the nation’s journey, a leap that is governed by institutional non-profit work, a leap characterized by administrative structuring, organizational mechanisms, and job tasks within legal frameworks; achieving targets overseen by the “National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector,” which is chaired by the architect of our national vision, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

These targets have fulfilled their purpose for the role of the Saudi citizen; humanly, nationally, and socially, ensuring the strengthening of the fabric of society through several community formulations; such as: national solidarity, community communication, maintaining family ties, and helping those in need.

At the “Dar’iya Fadl Al-Baydhani Charitable Fund,” under the supervision of the “National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector,” we have a distinctive comprehensive charitable experience for all citizens in the midst of the charitable leap our country is witnessing, an experience based on the principle of justice and equality in providing assistance without discrimination, with a smooth structural service sequence. For example, prior to the celebration of Eid al-Fitr, the fund focused on securing the needs of needy families during the holiday, providing them with aid that ensures a joyful living during the days of Muslim festivities.
