بسبب الحرب.. بدءاً من اليوم دولة عربية ترشد الطاقة وتغلق المحلات مبكراً – أخبار السعودية
أعلن رئيس الوزراء المصري مصطفى مدبولي، اليوم، إنه تم التوجيه الفوري بخصم 30% لكل مخصصات الوقود للسيارات الحكومية.
وقال مدبولي: «قررنا إبطاء كامل للمشاريع الحكومية كثيفة الاستهلاك للسولار والبنزين».
وأشار إلى أنه تم استثناء المدارس والجامعات، والقطاعات الخدمية التي لا يمكنها تطبيق ذلك. وأفاد أن منظومة العمل عن بُعد ستبدأ يوم الأحد من كل أسبوع للقطاعين العام والخاص.
تقليل الاستهلاك
وأضاف مدبولي: «بدأنا بيوم واحد وقد ندرس زيادة يوم آخر». وأوضح أنه إذا امتدت الحرب فترة أطول ستكون هناك إجراءات أخرى استثنائية للترشيد.
وأفاد أن قرارات غلق المحلات التجارية التاسعة مساءً هو تحريك للموعد الرسمي للإغلاق ساعة واحدة.
وأشار إلى أن استمرار الحرب فترة أطول مع زيادة فاتورة الطاقة يمكن أن يؤثر سلباً على تدبير العملة لمستلزمات الإنتاج والخامات، ولذلك التحدي أن نخفض فاتورة الطاقة عبر تقليل الاستهلاك.
التحدّي الأكبر
وأكد رئيس الوزراء في تصريحاته أن مصر تساند دول الخليج، وأمن مصر يبدأ من أمن دول الخليج.
وأفاد بأن السلع متوافرة في الأسواق واستقرار أسعارها رغم كافة التحديات، مضيفاً: «التحدي الأكبر الذي يواجهني ارتفاع أسعار الطاقة عالمياً».
وذكر أن الزيادة في تكلفة السولار الشهرية وصلت إلى 750 مليون دولار، ولا تغطي الزيادة الأخيرة في الأسعار إلا الثلث فقط.
وأفاد أن فاتورة الطاقة قبل الحرب 1.2 مليار دولار، إلا أنها وصلت الآن إلى 2.5 مليار دولار.
The Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly announced today that there has been an immediate directive to deduct 30% from all fuel allocations for government vehicles.
Madbouly said: “We have decided to completely slow down government projects that are intensive in diesel and gasoline consumption.”
He pointed out that schools and universities, as well as service sectors that cannot implement this, have been exempted. He stated that the remote work system will start on Sundays every week for both the public and private sectors.
Reducing Consumption
Madbouly added: “We started with one day and may consider adding another day.” He explained that if the war extends for a longer period, there will be other exceptional measures for rationalization.
He noted that the decision to close shops at 9 PM is a shift of the official closing time by one hour.
He indicated that the continuation of the war for a longer period, along with the rising energy bill, could negatively affect the provision of currency for production requirements and raw materials, hence the challenge is to reduce the energy bill by decreasing consumption.
The Biggest Challenge
The Prime Minister confirmed in his statements that Egypt supports the Gulf countries, and Egypt’s security begins with the security of the Gulf states.
He stated that goods are available in the markets and prices are stable despite all challenges, adding: “The biggest challenge I face is the rise in global energy prices.”
He mentioned that the increase in the monthly cost of diesel has reached 750 million dollars, and the recent price increase only covers one-third of that.
He noted that the energy bill before the war was 1.2 billion dollars, but it has now reached 2.5 billion dollars.
