أفصح مسؤول أمريكي لشبكة «سي أن أن»، أن المباحثات مستمرة لترتيب اجتماع أمريكي مع إيران في إسلام أباد، فيما أفاد مصدر باكستاني بأن الإيرانيين أبلغوا بلاده أنهم سيتواصلون معها للرد على مقترحات إنهاء الحرب، رغم أن بعض وسائل الإعلام الإيرانية أعلنت أن طهران رفضت المقترح. وأكد المصدر أن باكستان «لم تتلق أي تأكيد رسمي بعد من إيران. وبالتالي ما زالت تنتظر»، وفق ما نقلت «رويترز».

مقترح أمريكي من 15 بندا

وكشفت ثلاثة مصادر مطلعة في الحكومة الإسرائيلية أن المقترح الأمريكي المؤلف من 15 بندا، ونقلته باكستان إلى الجانب الإيراني، تضمن: التخلص من مخزونات إيران من اليورانيوم عالي التخصيب، وقف عمليات التخصيب، كبح برنامج إيران للصواريخ الباليستية، ووقف تمويل طهران لجماعات متحالفة معها في المنطقة.

وتحدث مسؤول إيراني عن 5 شروط، ونقلت قناة «برس تي في» الإيرانية، عن مسؤول سياسي وأمني رفيع المستوى، مساء أمس (الأربعاء)، قوله إن طهران تريد إنهاء أعمال العدوان والاغتيالات، تهيئة ظروف ملموسة تضمن عدم تكرار الحرب مرة أخرى، ضمان دفع تعويضات الحرب وتحديد آليات ذلك، إنهاء الحرب على كافة الجبهات، على أن يشمل جميع الفصائل المشاركة في هذه الحرب، والاعتراف بسيادة إيران على مضيق هرمز باعتبارها حقاً طبيعياً وقانونياً.

رفض توقيت نهاية الحرب

وأكد أن طهران ستنهي الحرب في الوقت الذي تقرره بنفسها، وفي حال تحقق الشروط التي حددتها، ولن تسمح للرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب بفرض توقيت نهاية الحرب.

وأفاد المصدر بأن الولايات المتحدة قدمت طلباً للتفاوض عبر قنوات دبلوماسية مختلفة، وطرحت مقترحات تتسم بـ«النزعة التوسعية، ولا تتوافق مع واقع الهزيمة الأمريكية في الميدان»، وفق قوله.

ولفت إلى أن بلاده تعتبر تلك المقترحات أو الشروط خدعة لزيادة التوتر، خصوصا بعدما تبين خلال المرتين الماضيتين أن أمريكا لم تكن لديها نية حقيقية للتفاوض.

تهديد بتصعيد الضربات

في المقابل، أحجم البيت الأبيض أمس عن الكشف عن تفاصيل اقتراحه الذي قدم عبر الوسطاء إلى إيران، من أجل وقف الحرب وهدد بتصعيد الضربات. وقالت المتحدثة باسم البيت الأبيض كارولاين ليفيت للصحفيين «إذا لم يدركوا أنهم هُزموا عسكرياً، وسيظلون كذلك، فإن الرئيس ترمب سيعمل على التأكد من توجيه ضربات إليهم أشد من أية ضربة سابقة».

وكشف مسؤول دفاعي إسرائيلي كبير أن إسرائيل تشك في موافقة إيران على الشروط، وتخشى أن يقدم المفاوضون الأمريكيون تنازلات. وقال مصدر ثانٍ إن إسرائيل تريد أن يبقي أي اتفاق على خيار شن ضربات استباقية، وفق ما نقلت وكالة رويترز.

وأعرب مستشار رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي للشؤون الخارجية أوفير فالك، عن شكوكه العميقة بشأن استعداد الجانب الإيراني للتفاوض لإنهاء الحرب.

مخطط أمريكي لإسال آلاف الجنود

في غضون ذلك، تخطط وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية (البنتاغون) لإرسال آلاف الجنود جوا إلى الخليج لمنح الرئيس ترمب المزيد من الخيارات بشأن إصدار أمر بشن هجوم بري، إضافة إلى فرقتين من مشاة البحرية في طريقهما بالفعل إلى المنطقة. ويتوقع أن تصل أول وحدة تابعة لمشاة البحرية على متن سفينة هجوم برمائي ضخمة في نهاية الشهر الجاري مارس 2026 تقريبا.

وكان ترمب جدد التلويح أمس بفتح أبواب الجحيم على إيران ما لم يتم التوصل لاتفاق.

من جهته، أكد وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي أن السلطات العليا في البلاد تراجع المقترحات المقدمة عبر وسطاء (باكستان ومصر). وأضاف أن بلاده لا تسعى إلى الحرب، مؤكدا أنها تريد إنهاء الصراع بشكل دائم وتعويضات عن الدمار.

An American official told CNN that discussions are ongoing to arrange a U.S. meeting with Iran in Islamabad, while a Pakistani source reported that the Iranians informed his country that they would reach out to respond to proposals to end the war, despite some Iranian media announcing that Tehran rejected the proposal. The source confirmed that Pakistan “has not yet received any official confirmation from Iran. Therefore, it is still waiting,” according to Reuters.

A 15-point American proposal

Three informed sources in the Israeli government revealed that the American proposal, consisting of 15 points, which Pakistan conveyed to the Iranian side, included: eliminating Iran’s stockpiles of highly enriched uranium, halting enrichment operations, curbing Iran’s ballistic missile program, and stopping Tehran’s funding of allied groups in the region.

An Iranian official spoke about 5 conditions, and the Iranian channel Press TV quoted a senior political and security official saying last night (Wednesday) that Tehran wants to end acts of aggression and assassinations, create tangible conditions that ensure the war does not recur, guarantee war reparations and define mechanisms for that, end the war on all fronts, covering all factions involved in this war, and recognize Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz as a natural and legal right.

Rejection of the timing for ending the war

He confirmed that Tehran will end the war at a time of its choosing, provided the conditions it set are met, and will not allow U.S. President Donald Trump to impose a timing for the end of the war.

The source reported that the United States submitted a request for negotiations through various diplomatic channels and proposed options characterized by “expansionist tendencies, which do not align with the reality of American defeat on the ground,” according to him.

He pointed out that his country considers those proposals or conditions a trick to increase tensions, especially after it became clear during the last two occasions that America did not have a genuine intention to negotiate.

Threat to escalate strikes

In contrast, the White House refrained yesterday from revealing details of its proposal presented through intermediaries to Iran to stop the war and threatened to escalate strikes. White House spokesperson Caroline Levitt told reporters, “If they do not realize that they have been militarily defeated, and will remain so, President Trump will ensure that strikes are directed at them stronger than any previous strike.”

A senior Israeli defense official revealed that Israel doubts Iran’s acceptance of the conditions and fears that American negotiators will make concessions. A second source stated that Israel wants any agreement to maintain the option of launching preemptive strikes, according to Reuters.

Israeli Prime Minister’s foreign affairs advisor Ofir Falk expressed deep doubts about the Iranian side’s willingness to negotiate to end the war.

American plan to send thousands of soldiers

Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of Defense (Pentagon) is planning to send thousands of soldiers by air to the Gulf to give President Trump more options regarding issuing an order for a ground attack, in addition to two Marine Corps divisions already on their way to the region. The first Marine unit is expected to arrive aboard a massive amphibious assault ship by the end of this month, around March 2026.

Trump renewed his threat yesterday to unleash hell on Iran unless an agreement is reached.

For his part, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi confirmed that the country’s top authorities are reviewing the proposals presented through intermediaries (Pakistan and Egypt). He added that his country does not seek war, emphasizing that it wants to end the conflict permanently and seek reparations for the destruction.
