واستمع أمير القصيم إلى شرحٍ مفصلٍ عن آلية عمل المركز، الذي يضم ممثلين لعددٍ من القطاعات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، ويعمل على تنسيق الجهود وتكامل الأدوار بين الجهات، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الاستجابة والتعامل مع مختلف الحالات الطارئة.

كما اطّلع على ما جُهّز به المركز من أحدث التجهيزات التقنية، وربطه المباشر بالجهات ذات العلاقة، وتغذيته بالبيانات الفورية التي تدعم سرعة ودقة اتخاذ القرار، وتعزز كفاءة إدارة الأزمات وفق أفضل الممارسات الحديثة.

وأكد أمير منطقة القصيم أن مركز إدارة الأزمات والكوارث يمثل ركيزةً مهمةً في منظومة العمل الحكومي، ويجسد توجه الدولة نحو تعزيز الجاهزية والاستباقية في التعامل مع الأزمات، مشيرًا إلى أن توفر البيانات الدقيقة واللحظية، والتكامل بين الجهات، يسهمان بشكلٍ كبيرٍ في رفع مستوى كفاءة الأداء وسرعة الاستجابة، وتقليل الآثار المحتملة لأي طارئ.

وأضاف أمير القصيم أن ما شاهده من تجهيزاتٍ متقدمةٍ وربطٍ تقنيٍ يعكس حجم التطور الذي تشهده إمارة المنطقة في تبني الحلول الذكية، مبينًا أهمية استمرار تطوير هذه المنظومة، ورفع كفاءة الكوادر العاملة فيها، وتعزيز التنسيق المستمر بين الجهات، بما يحقق أعلى درجات الجاهزية والاستعداد.

The Prince of Al-Qassim, Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, reviewed the readiness of the Crisis and Disaster Management Center in the region; he also observed its role in enhancing the emergency and crisis management system.

The Prince of Al-Qassim listened to a detailed explanation about the center’s operational mechanism, which includes representatives from several relevant government sectors, and works to coordinate efforts and integrate roles among the entities, contributing to improving the efficiency of response and handling various emergency situations.

He also reviewed the latest technical equipment provided to the center, its direct connection with relevant entities, and its supply of real-time data that supports the speed and accuracy of decision-making, enhancing the efficiency of crisis management according to the best modern practices.

The Prince of Al-Qassim emphasized that the Crisis and Disaster Management Center represents an important pillar in the government work system, embodying the state’s direction towards enhancing readiness and proactivity in dealing with crises. He pointed out that the availability of accurate and real-time data, along with the integration between entities, significantly contributes to raising the level of performance efficiency and response speed, and reducing the potential impacts of any emergency.

He added that what he witnessed in terms of advanced equipment and technical linkage reflects the extent of development that the Emirate of the region is experiencing in adopting smart solutions, highlighting the importance of continuing to develop this system, enhancing the efficiency of the personnel working within it, and promoting continuous coordination among entities to achieve the highest levels of readiness and preparedness.

He stressed the necessity of benefiting from modern technologies in data analysis and anticipating risks before they occur, and working in a spirit of teamwork, ensuring the protection of lives and property, and enhancing the security and safety of the community, in line with the aspirations of the leadership.
