في محاولة لاحتواء سيل الشائعات، نفى السفير الإيراني لدى موسكو كاظم جلالي بشكل قاطع صحة الأنباء التي تحدثت عن وصول المرشد الإيراني الجديد مجتبى خامنئي إلى روسيا لتلقي العلاج، مؤكداً أن ما يُتداول يندرج ضمن «حرب نفسية» تستهدف طهران، في وقت تتصاعد فيه التكهنات حول حالته الصحية ومكان وجوده. وقال جلالي: «القادة الإيرانيون لا يهربون ولا يختبئون».
نفي رسمي واتهام بـ«الحرب النفسية»
وقال جلالي، عبر حسابه على منصة «إكس»، إن الأخبار المتداولة عن نقل خامنئي إلى موسكو «عارية عن الصحة»، معتبراً أن وسائل إعلام غربية وأخرى ناطقة بالفارسية تقود حملة تضليل ممنهجة.
وأضاف: «القادة الإيرانيون لا يهربون ولا يختبئون، بل يقفون في صفوف الشعب»، مشيراً إلى أن ما يُنشر يأتي في سياق «تصعيد إعلامي يواكب العدوان الأمريكي والإسرائيلي».
صمت روسي وتكهنات متصاعدة
رغم النفي الإيراني، يواصل الغموض إحاطة الملف، خصوصاً مع التزام الكرملين الصمت حيال التقارير المتداولة. واكتفى المتحدث باسم الرئاسة الروسية ديمتري بيسكوف بالقول إنه «لن يعلق» على ما يُثار بشأن وجود خامنئي في موسكو.
ويأتي ذلك بالتزامن مع تصريحات أمريكية تشير إلى أن المرشد الإيراني الجديد «مصاب» وربما يعاني من إصابات بالغة، دون تقديم تفاصيل حاسمة.
روايات عن نقل سري وإصابات خطيرة
في المقابل، تحدثت تقارير إعلامية عن سيناريو مختلف، إذ ذكرت مصادر غير مؤكدة أن خامنئي نُقل إلى روسيا على متن طائرة عسكرية لتلقي العلاج، بعد إصابته في الضربات الأولى للحرب.
كما أشارت تقارير غربية إلى تعرضه لإصابات خطيرة، شملت –بحسب تلك الروايات– فقدان أحد أطرافه وإصابات في البطن، مع حديث عن خضوعه للعناية المركزة تحت إجراءات أمنية مشددة.
غيبوبة محتملة وغموض حول القيادة
وذهبت تقارير أخرى إلى أبعد من ذلك، متحدثة عن دخول خامنئي في غيبوبة وعدم إدراكه لتطورات الحرب، في حين لم يظهر بشكل علني منذ توليه منصب المرشد، ما عزز الشكوك حول قدرته على إدارة المرحلة.
كما أفادت تسريبات بأن مؤسسات إيرانية حساسة، بينها منشآت طبية، خضعت لإجراءات أمنية مشددة خلال فترة علاجه داخل البلاد، قبل تداول أنباء نقله إلى الخارج.
بيانات رسمية تثير الشكوك
وفي محاولة لطمأنة الداخل، بث التلفزيون الإيراني بياناً منسوباً إلى المرشد الجديد، تعهد فيه بمواصلة التصعيد، غير أن غياب ظهوره الشخصي أو تسجيل صوتي مباشر أثار تساؤلات حول مصداقية البيان والجهة التي صاغته.
كما اكتفى اليوم ببيان مكتوب يعتبر الثاني منذ توليه المنصب، دون أي حضور مرئي، ما فتح الباب أمام تساؤلات واسعة حول حقيقة وضعه الصحي، بل وحتى الأنباء المتداولة عن إصابته أو مقتله، إذ كشف مسؤول إيراني في البيان الجديد اليوم (الثلاثاء)، أن المرشد الإيراني الجديد رفض مقترحات أرسلتها دولتان وسيطتان إلى وزارة الخارجية، من أجل تهدئة التوتر أو وقف إطلاق النار مع الولايات المتحدة، خلال أول اجتماع له بشأن السياسة الخارجية، بحسب ما نقلت وكالة «رويترز».
تضارب استخباراتي.. ولغز مفتوح
وتعكس التصريحات الرسمية والتقارير الإعلامية وتسريبات الأجهزة الاستخبارية صورة شديدة التناقض حول حقيقة الوضع الصحي لمجتبى خامنئي.
فبين نفي إيراني قاطع، وصمت روسي، وتقديرات أمريكية متحفظة، تبقى الأسئلة الأساسية معلّقة: أين يوجد المرشد الإيراني الجديد؟ وما مدى قدرته على إدارة إيران في ظل واحدة من أخطر مراحلها؟
In an attempt to contain the flood of rumors, the Iranian ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali, categorically denied the reports about the arrival of the new Iranian leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, in Russia for treatment, asserting that what is being circulated falls within a “psychological war” targeting Tehran, at a time when speculation about his health condition and whereabouts is escalating. Jalali stated: “Iranian leaders do not flee or hide.”
Official Denial and Accusation of “Psychological Warfare”
Jalali, via his account on the “X” platform, stated that the news circulating about Khamenei being transferred to Moscow is “false,” considering that Western media and other Persian-speaking outlets are leading a systematic disinformation campaign.
He added: “Iranian leaders do not flee or hide; they stand with the people,” pointing out that what is being published comes in the context of “media escalation accompanying American and Israeli aggression.”
Russian Silence and Rising Speculation
Despite the Iranian denial, ambiguity continues to surround the issue, especially with the Kremlin’s silence regarding the circulating reports. The spokesperson for the Russian presidency, Dmitry Peskov, merely stated that he “would not comment” on what is being raised about Khamenei’s presence in Moscow.
This comes alongside American statements indicating that the new Iranian leader is “injured” and may be suffering from serious injuries, without providing decisive details.
Reports of Secret Transfer and Serious Injuries
In contrast, media reports discussed a different scenario, with unconfirmed sources stating that Khamenei was transferred to Russia on a military aircraft for treatment after being injured in the initial strikes of the war.
Western reports also indicated that he sustained serious injuries, including – according to those accounts – the loss of one of his limbs and abdominal injuries, with mentions of him being in intensive care under strict security measures.
Possible Coma and Ambiguity Surrounding Leadership
Other reports went further, speaking of Khamenei entering a coma and being unaware of the developments of the war, while he has not appeared publicly since assuming the position of leader, which has fueled doubts about his ability to manage the situation.
Leaks also indicated that sensitive Iranian institutions, including medical facilities, were subjected to strict security measures during his treatment within the country, before news of his transfer abroad circulated.
Official Statements Raise Doubts
In an attempt to reassure the domestic audience, Iranian television broadcast a statement attributed to the new leader, in which he pledged to continue escalation; however, the absence of his personal appearance or a direct audio recording raised questions about the credibility of the statement and the entity that drafted it.
Today, he also issued a written statement, the second since assuming office, without any visual presence, which opened the door to widespread questions about the reality of his health status, and even the circulating news about his injury or death. An Iranian official revealed in the new statement today (Tuesday) that the new Iranian leader rejected proposals sent by two intermediary countries to the Foreign Ministry to ease tensions or ceasefire with the United States during his first meeting regarding foreign policy, according to what was reported by Reuters.
Intelligence Conflicts… and an Open Mystery
The official statements, media reports, and intelligence leaks reflect a highly contradictory picture regarding the true health status of Mojtaba Khamenei.
Between a categorical Iranian denial, Russian silence, and cautious American assessments, the fundamental questions remain suspended: Where is the new Iranian leader? And how capable is he of managing Iran during one of its most critical phases?
