في يوم التأسيس، نقف أمام صفحةٍ مشرقة من تاريخ وطنٍ لم يولد صدفة، بل تشكّل عبر رؤيةٍ ثاقبة، وإيمانٍ راسخ، وعزيمة رجالٍ صنعوا المجد من قلب الجزيرة العربية. اليوم نستعيد فيه ذكرى تأسيس الدولة السعودية الأولى على يد الإمام محمد بن سعود عام 1139هـ/1727، ذلك القائد الذي أدرك أن الوحدة هي الطريق إلى القوة، وأن بناء دولة راسخة هو السبيل لنهضة الإنسان والمكان.

لقد كانت تلك اللحظة التاريخية بداية مسيرة ممتدة عبر ثلاثة قرون، تعاقب فيها القادة، وتعاظمت فيها الإنجازات، وتحوّل فيها الحلم إلى واقع. فمن الإمام محمد بن سعود، إلى أبنائه وأحفاده الذين واصلوا البناء، حتى جاء الملك المؤسس عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود – طيب الله ثراه – ليعيد توحيد البلاد تحت راية واحدة، ويؤسس الدولة السعودية الثالثة، دولة الأمن والاستقرار والازدهار.

وفي هذا اليوم العظيم، نستذكر بكل فخر جهود رجالٍ حملوا راية التوحيد، وواجهوا التحديات، ووضعوا اللبنات الأولى لدولةٍ أصبحت اليوم نموذجًا في القوة والاعتدال والتنمية. كما نُجدّد الولاء لقيادتنا، بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، وولي عهده الأمين الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، اللذين يقودان مسيرة التحول الوطني برؤية طموحة جعلت المملكة في مصاف الدول المتقدمة.

يوم التأسيس ليس مجرد ذكرى تاريخية، بل هو هوية وطنية، وامتداد لجذورٍ ضاربة في عمق التاريخ، وشاهد على أن هذا الوطن بُني على أسسٍ من العدل والعلم والوحدة. إنه يوم نستحضر فيه قيم الشجاعة والكرم والوفاء، ونستعيد فيه قصص الأجداد الذين صنعوا تاريخًا يليق بوطنٍ عظيم.

وفي هذا اليوم، نؤكد أن مسؤوليتنا تجاه وطننا بالحفاظ على مكتسباته. فالمملكة اليوم تمضي بخطى ثابتة نحو مستقبلٍ أكثر إشراقًا، تُسابق الزمن في التنمية، وتفتح أبواب الفرص لأبنائها، وتبني اقتصادًا متنوعًا، وتُعلي من شأن الإنسان باعتباره أساس النهضة وغايتها.

ويبقى يوم التأسيس يومًا للفخر، يومًا للاعتزاز بتاريخٍ عظيم، وللاحتفاء بقيادةٍ حكيمة، ولتجديد العهد بأن نكون أبناءً أوفياء لهذا الوطن، نحمل رايته، ونصون وحدته.

On Foundation Day, we stand before a bright page in the history of a nation that was not born by chance, but was shaped through a keen vision, steadfast faith, and the determination of men who created glory from the heart of the Arabian Peninsula. Today, we recall the memory of the establishment of the first Saudi state by Imam Muhammad bin Saud in the year 1139 AH/1727, that leader who realized that unity is the path to strength, and that building a solid state is the way to the renaissance of both people and place.

This historical moment marked the beginning of a journey that has extended over three centuries, during which leaders succeeded one another, achievements multiplied, and dreams turned into reality. From Imam Muhammad bin Saud to his sons and grandsons who continued the construction, until King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud – may God have mercy on him – came to reunite the country under one banner and establish the third Saudi state, a state of security, stability, and prosperity.

On this great day, we proudly remember the efforts of the men who carried the banner of unity, faced challenges, and laid the first stones for a state that has become today a model of strength, moderation, and development. We also renew our loyalty to our leadership, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his trustworthy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, who are steering the national transformation journey with an ambitious vision that has placed the Kingdom among the ranks of developed countries.

Foundation Day is not just a historical memory, but a national identity, an extension of roots deeply embedded in history, and a testament that this nation was built on foundations of justice, knowledge, and unity. It is a day to evoke the values of courage, generosity, and loyalty, and to recall the stories of the ancestors who created a history worthy of a great nation.

On this day, we affirm our responsibility towards our homeland by preserving its gains. The Kingdom today is moving steadily towards a brighter future, racing against time in development, opening doors of opportunity for its citizens, building a diversified economy, and elevating the status of the individual as the foundation and goal of renaissance.

Foundation Day remains a day of pride, a day to celebrate a great history, to honor wise leadership, and to renew our pledge to be loyal sons of this nation, carrying its banner and safeguarding its unity.
