لافروف: لا مستقبل مشرقاً لروسيا في علاقتها مع أمريكا – أخبار السعودية
اتهم وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرجي لافروف، اليوم (الإثنين)، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بوضع حواجز مصنعة رغم أن بلاده لا تزال منفتحة على التعاون معها، مبيناً أنه لا مستقبل مشرقاً للعلاقات الاقتصادية مع الولايات المتحدة.
وقال لافروف في مقابلة مع قناة «تي في بريكس»: «أعلن الأمريكيون سعيهم للهيمنة الاقتصادية، لذا فبالإضافة إلى أنهم اقترحوا التعاون مع أوكرانيا، وكنا مستعدين، بينما هم الآن غير مستعدين، لا نرى أي مستقبل مُشرق في المجال الاقتصادي»، مضيفاً: «يريد الأمريكيون السيطرة على جميع خطوط نقل الطاقة إلى الدول الرائدة في جميع القارات، وفي القارة الأوروبية، يتطلعون أيضاً إلى خط أنابيب نورد ستريم، الذي فُجّر قبل 3 سنوات، كما يتطلعون إلى نظام نقل الغاز الأوكراني، ويتطلعون إلى خط أنابيب السيل التركي».
هيمنة على الاقتصاد العالمي
وشدد بالقول: «باختصار، هدف الولايات المتحدة هو الهيمنة على الاقتصاد العالمي، ويتم ذلك باستخدام عدد كبير من الإجراءات القسرية التي لا تتوافق مع المنافسة العادلة، كالتعريفات الجمركية والعقوبات والحظر التام، بل وحتى منع البعض من التواصل».
وأشار إلى أن روسيا منفتحة على التعاون مع جميع الدول، بما فيها قوة عظمى كالولايات المتحدة، قائلاً: «مضطرون للبحث عن سبل إضافية ومحمية لتطوير مشاريعنا المالية والاقتصادية والتكاملية واللوجستية وغيرها مع دول البريكس».
وأضاف: «ترأسنا قمة البريكس قبل عامين، حين عُقدت في قازان، وطُرح عدد من المبادرات الروسية، وتشمل منصات دفع بديلة، وآليات للتسوية بالعملات الوطنية، وإتاحة فرص إعادة التأمين للتجارة داخل البريكس وبينها وبين شركائها، وإنشاء بورصة للحبوب، وإنشاء منصة استثمارية جديدة»، وتابع: «عندما استغلت الولايات المتحدة، التي كانت لسنوات طويلة محركاً رئيسياً للاقتصاد العالمي ومنظماً للتمويل العالمي، دور الدولار لتعزيز هيمنتها، فإنها تفقد فعلياً نفوذها الاقتصادي وثقلها في الاقتصاد العالمي».
ولفت إلى أن دولاً مثل أعضاء مجموعة البريكس «لن تسمح لأي دولة منفردة بإخضاع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في المجال العسكري»، مشيراً إلى أن هناك محاولات حثيثة لإدخال الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى المجال العسكري، ومن حق كل دولة تحديد مسار هذه العملية.
منع نشر أسلحة في أوكرانيا
وأوضح أن روسيا ستضمن مصالحها الأمنية من خلال منع نشر أيّ نوعٍ من الأسلحة التي تُهدّدها على الأراضي الأوكرانية، ومن خلال ضمان حمايةٍ موثوقةٍ وكاملةٍ لحقوق الشعب الروسي، الناطق بالروسية، الذي عاش ويعيش لقرونٍ على أراضي القرم ودونباس ونوفوروسيا.
وحذّر وزير الخارجية الروسي من استعدادات غربية لما سماه «حرباً أوروبية كبرى جديدة»، معتبراً أن توسع حلف الناتو «لم يتوقف لحظة» رغم جميع الالتزامات.
وأشار إلى أن هناك حرباً عالمية ضد بلاده ومحاولات محمومة من الغرب لمعاقبة جميع شركاء روسيا، ومطالبتهم بوقف التجارة والتعاون في المجال العسكري والتقني.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused the United States today (Monday) of creating artificial barriers, even though his country remains open to cooperation with it, stating that there is no bright future for economic relations with the United States.
Lavrov said in an interview with the “TV BRICS” channel: “The Americans have declared their pursuit of economic dominance, so in addition to proposing cooperation with Ukraine, which we were ready for, while they are now unprepared, we do not see any bright future in the economic field,” adding: “The Americans want to control all energy transport lines to leading countries on all continents, and in Europe, they are also looking at the Nord Stream pipeline, which was blown up three years ago, as well as the Ukrainian gas transport system, and they are looking at the Turkish Stream pipeline.”
Dominance over the Global Economy
He emphasized by saying: “In short, the goal of the United States is to dominate the global economy, and this is done using a large number of coercive measures that are not consistent with fair competition, such as tariffs, sanctions, and complete bans, and even preventing some from communicating.”
He pointed out that Russia is open to cooperation with all countries, including a superpower like the United States, saying: “We are forced to look for additional and protected ways to develop our financial, economic, integrative, logistical, and other projects with BRICS countries.”
He added: “We chaired the BRICS summit two years ago when it was held in Kazan, and a number of Russian initiatives were proposed, including alternative payment platforms, mechanisms for settlement in national currencies, providing reinsurance opportunities for trade within BRICS and between it and its partners, establishing a grain exchange, and creating a new investment platform,” and continued: “When the United States, which has been a major driver of the global economy and organizer of global finance for many years, exploited the dollar’s role to enhance its dominance, it is effectively losing its economic influence and weight in the global economy.”
He noted that countries like BRICS members “will not allow any single country to subject the use of artificial intelligence in the military field,” pointing out that there are persistent attempts to introduce artificial intelligence into the military domain, and it is the right of each country to determine the course of this process.
Preventing the Deployment of Weapons in Ukraine
He explained that Russia will ensure its security interests by preventing the deployment of any type of weapons that threaten it on Ukrainian territory, and by ensuring reliable and complete protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking people, who have lived and continue to live for centuries on the territories of Crimea, Donbass, and Novorossiya.
The Russian Foreign Minister warned of Western preparations for what he called “a new major European war,” considering that NATO’s expansion “has not stopped for a moment” despite all commitments.
He pointed out that there is a global war against his country and frantic attempts from the West to punish all of Russia’s partners, demanding that they stop trade and cooperation in the military and technical fields.
