الاستفزازات الإعلامية تجاه المملكة لعبة قديمة متجددة تعتمد على اختلاق أخبار وقصص وأحداث لا حقيقة لها، أو تزييف معلومات، أو تحريف أمور خارج سياقاتها ومساراتها لتشكيل انطباعات سلبية تؤثر على صورتها الذهنية. وقد دأبت هذه الاستفزازات على الظهور بالتزامن مع مواقف المملكة ضد ما يهدد مصالحها، وما يشكل خطراً على أمنها واستقرارها، ومحيطها القريب وعمقها العربي والإقليمي.

الفرق الآن أن المملكة أصبحت تواجه هذه الحملات الإعلامية المشبوهة بصلابة وقوة أكبر، ليس باتباع الأسلوب نفسه الذي لم يكن يوماً في سياستها الإعلامية الرسمية، والذي يتمثّل في تمويل حملات لعملاء إعلاميين جاهزين في وسائل إعلامية ومراكز دراسات وأبحاث هي في حقيقتها لا تزيد عن دكاكين تبيع سلعاً حسب الطلب. المملكة لا تفعل ذلك بل تفنّد الادعاءات المغلوطة بخطاب رسمي من منابر علنية بواسطة مسؤوليها، واستناداً إلى الحقائق المثبتة المدعومة بالأدلة والبراهين.

لم تعد مقلقة مثل هذه الحملات للمملكة؛ لأنها أصبحت أكبر وأهم وأقوى من أن تؤثر فيها، ولأن العالم يثق في مصداقية معلوماتها واتزان مواقفها ووضوح نهجها. ليس هناك شبهات في تأريخ تعاملها مع الدول والأحداث والتحولات، عربياً وإقليمياً ودولياً؛ ولذلك نجد الانطباعات عنها دائماً إيجابية، والثقة فيها كبيرة، وبالتالي سرعان ما تتهافت الحملات عليها؛ لأنها أساساً تحدث في دوائر صغيرة بتحريض من جهات صغيرة مهزوزة تعاني أزمة ثقة في نفسها، وقلقاً وجودياً من هامشيتها وضآلة حجمها ودورها.

تصريح واحد لمسؤول سعودي كفيل بأن يعيد ترتيب الأمور في خضم اللغط المكذوب الذي تُحدثه بعض الزوابع الإعلامية الممنهجة. بيان سعودي واحد يستطيع أن ينسف سردية مصطنعة مُكلفة. وبالتالي لم تعد مثل هذه الحملات تمثّل هاجساً للمملكة، وأول من يعرف ذلك الآن الواقفون خلفها.

الإعلام المأجور وسيلة الضعفاء والصغار الذين يحاولون القفز على الحقائق والتعتيم على ممارساتهم المشبوهة. أما المملكة فإنها دائماً تقول وتعمل وتتصرف تحت الشمس، وليس في جنح الظلام.

The media provocations against the Kingdom are an old, renewed game that relies on fabricating news, stories, and events that have no basis in reality, or distorting information, or misrepresenting matters outside their contexts and pathways to create negative impressions that affect its mental image. These provocations have consistently appeared alongside the Kingdom’s stances against threats to its interests and what poses a danger to its security and stability, as well as its immediate surroundings and its Arab and regional depth.

The difference now is that the Kingdom has begun to confront these dubious media campaigns with greater firmness and strength, not by following the same approach that has never been part of its official media policy, which involves funding campaigns for ready-made media agents in media outlets and research and study centers that are, in reality, nothing more than shops selling goods on demand. The Kingdom does not do this; instead, it refutes false claims with official statements from public platforms by its officials, based on established facts supported by evidence and proof.

Such campaigns are no longer concerning for the Kingdom; it has become larger, more important, and stronger than to be affected by them, and the world trusts the credibility of its information, the balance of its positions, and the clarity of its approach. There are no doubts about its historical dealings with countries, events, and transformations, whether Arab, regional, or international; therefore, we always find positive impressions about it, and the trust in it is significant. Consequently, campaigns against it quickly falter; they primarily occur in small circles incited by small, shaky entities suffering from a crisis of self-confidence and an existential anxiety about their marginalization, size, and role.

One statement from a Saudi official is enough to rearrange matters amidst the fabricated noise created by some systematic media storms. One Saudi statement can dismantle a costly fabricated narrative. Thus, such campaigns no longer represent a concern for the Kingdom, and the first to know this are those standing behind them.

Paid media is a tool for the weak and small who attempt to leap over the facts and obscure their dubious practices. As for the Kingdom, it always speaks, acts, and behaves under the sun, not in the shadows.
