ألزم تجمع الشرقية الصحي كافة منسوبيه بالعمل لمدة تسع ساعات يومياً في أعقاب انتقال الموظفين الرسمي إلى شركة الصحة القابضة.

وطبقاً لتعميم صادر من وحدة مراقبة انتظام الموارد البشرية، تم وضع إطار زمني دقيق يبدأ الدوام الرسمي بموجبه لجميع الموظفين من السابعة والنصف صباحاً حتى الرابعة والنصف مساءً ودون أي استثناءات، وتشمل التعليمات كافة الأطقم العاملة في المراكز الصحية التابعة للتجمع، وتم توحيد التوقيت الزمني لهم ليبدأ وينتهي في المواعيد المحددة ذاتها. وأوضح تعميم إداري أن خطط العمل ستخضع لإعادة هيكلة واعتماد الجداول بما يتوافق مع واقع الساعات التسع، لضمان تغطية العمل على مدار الساعة. ويهدف القرار، وفقاً للتعميم، لضبط إيقاع العمل وضمان سير العمليات التشغيلية بشكل منتظم تزاماً مع المرحلة الانتقالية الجديدة للقطاع الصحي في المنطقة. وشددت إدارة التجمع على ضرورة تقيد الجميع، قيادات وموظفين، بما ورد في التعميم والالتزام التام بالمواعيد الجديدة؛ لضمان انسيابية العمل وتحقيق أقصى درجات الانضباط الوظيفي.

The Eastern Health Cluster has mandated all its employees to work for nine hours daily following the official transition of employees to the Holding Health Company.

According to a circular issued by the Human Resources Monitoring Unit, a precise time frame has been established whereby the official working hours for all employees will start from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM without any exceptions. The instructions apply to all teams working in the health centers affiliated with the cluster, and their timings have been standardized to begin and end at the same specified times. An administrative circular clarified that work plans will be subject to restructuring and the approval of schedules in accordance with the reality of the nine-hour workday, to ensure coverage around the clock. The decision aims, according to the circular, to regulate the work rhythm and ensure the smooth operation of processes in line with the new transitional phase of the health sector in the region. The cluster’s management emphasized the necessity for everyone, both leaders and employees, to adhere to what is stated in the circular and to fully comply with the new timings to ensure the smooth flow of work and achieve the highest levels of job discipline.
