اتخذ مدرب منتخب مصر الأول لكرة القدم ولاعب الأهلي والزمالك السابق حسام حسن خطوة قانونية صارمة ضد كل من تجاوز بحق ابنته يارا، بعد تداول أخبار وشائعات مغلوطة حول خطوبتها السابقة.
وكلف حسام حسن مكتب المحامي أشرف عبد العزيز باتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة تشمل متابعة المواقع الإلكترونية وصفحات التواصل الاجتماعي التي نشرت الأكاذيب، إضافة إلى البرامج التلفزيونية وقنوات يوتيوب التي أساءت لابنته بطريقة شخصية وغير قانونية.
وجاء الإعلان عبر حساب يارا حسام حسن على “إنستغرام”، مؤكدة بدء والدها رسمياً بالتحرك القانوني، وهو ما أعاد تأكيد التزام حسام حسن بحماية أسرته ومنع استغلال حياته الشخصية في التشويه الإعلامي.
وأوضح المحامي أشرف عبد العزيز أن الإجراءات القانونية ستشمل ملاحقة جميع الجهات التي ساهمت في نشر الأخبار الكاذبة، وضمان تطبيق العقوبات القانونية على المخالفين، مؤكدًا أن الإساءة تجاوزت حدود النقد المباح وتدخلت في الحياة الخاصة لأسرة حسام حسن.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن حرص حسام حسن على حماية ابنته من التشويه، واستعادة الحق القانوني في مواجهة كل من يحاول نشر الأكاذيب أو التشهير بالعائلة عبر منصات الإعلام أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

Hossam Hassan has tasked lawyer Ashraf Abdel Aziz with taking urgent measures that include monitoring websites and social media pages that published lies, in addition to television programs and YouTube channels that have personally and illegally insulted his daughter.
The announcement was made via Yara Hossam Hassan’s account on Instagram, confirming that her father has officially begun legal action, which reaffirms Hossam Hassan’s commitment to protecting his family and preventing the exploitation of his personal life for media defamation.
Lawyer Ashraf Abdel Aziz explained that the legal actions will include pursuing all parties that contributed to the dissemination of false news, ensuring that legal penalties are applied to violators, emphasizing that the insults have exceeded the limits of permissible criticism and have intruded into the private life of Hossam Hassan’s family.
This step comes as part of Hossam Hassan’s commitment to protecting his daughter from defamation and reclaiming the legal right to confront anyone attempting to spread lies or defame the family through media platforms or social media.
