نذر بموجة تقلبات تجتاح «وول ستريت».. المؤشرات تتراجع – أخبار السعودية
انخفضت مؤشرات «وول ستريت» الرئيسية في مستهل تعاملات اليوم بعد فشل المحادثات بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران مطلع الأسبوع الحالي في التوصل إلى اتفاق لإنهاء الحرب، مما يهدد الانتعاش الطفيف في أسواق الأسهم وينذر بموجة جديدة من التقلبات.
وتراجع مؤشر داو جونز الصناعي 198.4 نقطة أو 0.41% إلى 47718.21 نقطة عند الفتح، وخسر مؤشر ستاندرد آند بورز 500 بواقع 10.4 نقطة أو 0.15% إلى 6806.47 نقطة.
كما فقد مؤشر ناسداك المجمع 53.7 نقطة أو 0.23% إلى 22849.23 نقطة.
سيطرة بحرية
وقالت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية في إشعار للبحارة: «إن الجيش الأمريكي سيفرض سيطرة بحرية في خليج عُمان وبحر العرب شرقي مضيق هرمز، وإن هذا الإجراء سيشمل جميع السفن بغض النظر عن العلم الذي ترفعه». وأشارت إلى السيطرة البحرية التي يبدأ سريانها اليوم.
وجاء في الإشعار «أي سفينة تدخل أو تغادر المنطقة المحاصرة دون تصريح ستكون معرضة للاعتراض أو تحويل المسار أو الاحتجاز».
وأضافت: «لن تعوق السيطرة حركة الملاحة المحايدة عبر مضيق هرمز من وإلى وجهات غير إيرانية».
The main indicators of “Wall Street” fell at the start of today’s trading after the failure of talks between the United States and Iran earlier this week to reach an agreement to end the war, threatening the slight recovery in the stock markets and signaling a new wave of volatility.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped by 198.4 points or 0.41% to 47718.21 points at the open, and the S&P 500 lost 10.4 points or 0.15% to 6806.47 points.
The Nasdaq Composite also fell by 53.7 points or 0.23% to 22849.23 points.
Maritime Control
The U.S. Central Command stated in a notice to sailors: “The U.S. military will impose maritime control in the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea east of the Strait of Hormuz, and this measure will include all ships regardless of the flag they fly.” It noted that the maritime control will take effect today.
The notice stated, “Any ship entering or leaving the restricted area without permission will be subject to interception, diversion, or detention.”
It added: “The control will not obstruct neutral navigation through the Strait of Hormuz to and from non-Iranian destinations.”
