– أحدثكم بصراحة، ما زال هناك خلل واضح في نظام تطبيق الحوكمة في الأندية السعودية؛ وإلا فما هو تفسير إدراج 11 نادياً سعودياً في قائمة المنع من التسجيل بسبب قضايا رفعت ضدها لدى الاتحاد الدولي (فيفا)؟ والسبب هو عدم استلام مدربين ولاعبين لمستحقاتهم المالية. كم لاعب ومدرب قدم شكوى ضد الأندية السعودية؟ وبماذا تفسرون وصول ديون وحقوق مدربين في بعض الأندية إلى أكثر من 60 مليون ريال؟
– نادي «أحد» هو أقرب مثال؛ فقد تضرر من إدارة بعيدة كل البعد عن نظام الحوكمة، وأدخلت النادي في متاهات الديون، بل تسببت في كوارث رياضية أدت إلى هبوطه إلى مستويات بعيدة عما يمكن تصوره. هل يعقل أن نادياً بحجم نادي أحد «البطل»، وصاحب الرقم الصعب في كرة السلة، يهبط إلى دوري الدرجة الأولى (في السلة)؟ وهل يعقل أن يصبح فريق كرة القدم في دوري المناطق بعد أن كان قريباً من الصعود من دوري الدرجة الأولى؟ من يحاسب المتسبب في تلك الكوارث الرياضية؟ ولماذا تُرِك «أحد» يغرق بهذا الشكل ليصبح في وضع صعب جداً يحتاج سنوات طويلة لإعادة البناء والعودة إلى سابق عهده؟
– نعم، هناك خلل طالما وصلت الشكاوى إلى الاتحاد الدولي وتم إيقاف 11 نادياً. المفترض أن تكون هناك لجان رقابة مالية صارمة على الأندية، فلا ينبغي أن يصبح رئيس النادي هو المتصرف الوحيد ويفعل ما يشاء، ويحدد الرواتب وفق مزاجه الشخصي وكأن النادي من أملاكه الخاصة.
– بالتأكيد هناك قصور في استيعاب بعض رؤساء الأندية لمفهوم الحوكمة؛ وبماذا تفسرون هذا الكم من الشكاوى الدولية، ناهيك عن الشكاوى المحلية التي لا نعلم عددها؟ لذا، من المهم أن تعيد وزارة الرياضة صياغة نظام الحوكمة وإلا تُرك الحبل على الغارب. هناك لاعبون يتقاضون مبالغ فلكية دون تقديم إضافة تذكر، مما يستوجب إعادة دراسة آلية التعاقد مع اللاعبين المحترفين والمحليين، وتفعيل دور اللجان والرقابة المالية، ووضع معايير لأهلية اللاعبين لضمان صياغة عقود مناسبة، وإغلاق الأبواب أمام «السوق السوداء» وسماسرة الرياضة الذين كانوا المستفيد الأكبر من السوق السعودي.
– ومن الضروري جداً تطبيق قرار إلزام رئيس النادي بتسليم النادي عند انتهاء فترته «صفراً» من الديون. إن ترك رؤساء الأندية دون محاسبتهم على الكوارث التي تسببوا بها هو أصل المشكلة؛ فهل سمعتم عن رئيس نادٍ تم إلزامه بتسديد الديون التي تسبب بها؟
– أنقذوا الأندية من الباحثين عن الكراسي والشهرة الذين يجعلون الأندية ضحية لمصالحهم الشخصية ولا تعنيهم الكوارث التي يخلفونها، وهناك أمثلة كثيرة يعرفها المتابع للمشهد الرياضي جيداً. أتمنى من وزارة الرياضة إصدار بيانات صحفية توضح الأسباب التي أدت إلى تراكم هذه الديون، ولماذا لم يتم محاسبة المتسببين، بدلاً من ترك الأندية تعاني الأمرين جراء تلك الكوارث الإدارية.

– Al-Ahly Club is the closest example; it has suffered from management that is far from the governance system, leading the club into a maze of debts, and even causing sports disasters that resulted in its relegation to levels beyond imagination. Is it conceivable that a club the size of Al-Ahly, a “champion,” and a key player in basketball, would be relegated to the first division (in basketball)? Is it conceivable that the football team would end up in the regional league after being close to promotion from the first division? Who holds accountable those responsible for these sports disasters? And why was Al-Ahly left to drown in this way, becoming in a very difficult position that requires many years to rebuild and return to its former status?
– Yes, there is a flaw as long as complaints have reached FIFA and 11 clubs have been suspended. There should be strict financial oversight committees for the clubs; the club president should not be the sole decision-maker, doing as he pleases, and determining salaries according to his personal whims as if the club were his private property.
– Certainly, there is a deficiency in the understanding of some club presidents regarding the concept of governance; how do you explain this volume of international complaints, not to mention the local complaints whose number we do not know? Therefore, it is important for the Ministry of Sports to reformulate the governance system, otherwise, it will be left unchecked. There are players receiving astronomical amounts without making any significant contribution, which necessitates a reevaluation of the contracting mechanism with professional and local players, activating the role of committees and financial oversight, and setting standards for player eligibility to ensure the formulation of appropriate contracts, while closing the doors to the “black market” and sports brokers who have been the biggest beneficiaries of the Saudi market.
– It is very important to implement the decision to require the club president to hand over the club with “zero” debts at the end of their term. Leaving club presidents unaccountable for the disasters they caused is the root of the problem; have you ever heard of a club president being required to pay the debts they caused?
– Save the clubs from those seeking chairs and fame who make the clubs victims of their personal interests, indifferent to the disasters they leave behind, and there are many examples known to those who closely follow the sports scene. I hope the Ministry of Sports issues press statements clarifying the reasons that led to the accumulation of these debts, and why those responsible have not been held accountable, instead of leaving the clubs to suffer due to those administrative disasters.
