يحمل قائمة اغتيالات لزملائه.. طبيب يمزّق أحشاء زميله أمام مستشفى في مصر – أخبار السعودية
شهدت محافظة الإسكندرية واقعة صادمة هزت الوسط الطبي المصري، حيث أقدم طبيب تخدير على طعن زميله طبيب العظام بسلاح أبيض أمام بوابة مستشفى جمال عبد الناصر، ما أدى إلى إصابة خطيرة تمزقت فيها أحشاء الضحية وخرجت أمعاؤه خارج التجويف البطني.
تفاصيل الواقعة
وقعت الحادثة الأسبوع الماضي أمام بوابة مستشفى جمال عبد الناصر التابع للتأمين الصحي في منطقة باب شرق بدائرة قسم شرطة باب شرقي، وتلقت الشرطة بلاغًا فوريًا من إدارة المستشفى، وانتقلت قوات الأمن على الفور إلى المكان.
طبيب تخدير ملثمًا
المجني عليه هو طبيب عظام يعمل بالمستشفى ويُدعى (محمد أحمد السيد)، أما المتهم فهو طبيب تخدير وزميل سابق للمجني عليه، لكنه يعمل بمستشفى آخر، ترصد المتهم لزميله لمدة تصل إلى ساعتين تقريبًا، وكان ملثمًا واختبأ خلف شجرة بإحدى الحدائق القريبة من المستشفى، ثم هاجمه فجأة بطعنة نافذة قوية في منطقة البطن باستخدام سلاح أبيض، في محاولة واضحة لإنهاء حياته.
طعنة قاتلة
وأدت الطعنة إلى خروج الأمعاء خارج التجويف البطني وقطع الحجاب الحاجز وتهتك غضاريف ثلاثة أضلاع وإصابة الرئة واقتراب الطعنة من القلب بمسافة سنتيمترات قليلة فقط.
ووصفت الإصابة بأنها «طعنة قاتلة»، ونُقل المجني عليه فور وقوع الحادثة على «ترولي» إلى غرفة العمليات في حالة حرجة، حيث أجريت له جراحة دقيقة استمرت نحو 4 ساعات ونصف، شارك فيها أطباء الجراحة العامة والأوعية الدموية والأعصاب والعظام ثم وضع بعدها في غرفة العناية المركزة حتى استقرار حالته.
ضبط المتهم وحبسه
وتمكن أفراد الأمن الإداري بالمستشفى وعدد من المارة من السيطرة على المتهم ومنعه من الفرار، ثم سلّمته الشرطة، حيث باشرت نيابة باب شرق التحقيقات فورًا، وأمرت بحبس المتهم وتفريغ كاميرات المراقبة، وتحرير محضر بالواقعة.
وأكد خال المجني عليه، أن سايس الجراج لعب دورًا حاسمًا في إحباط ما قد يكون مخططًا أكثر خطورة، إذ كان من أوائل من انتبهوا إلى الواقعة لحظة وقوعها، حيث سارع نحو المتهم عقب الاعتداء مباشرة، وتمكن بمساعدة عدد من المواطنين من السيطرة عليه ومنعه من الفرار.
دوافع الجريمة
وكشفت التحريات الأولية والشهادات أن الدافع يعود إلى خلافات قديمة تمتد لأكثر من 10 سنوات، تعود إلى فترة دراستهما معًا في كلية الطب وظل المتهم يضمر الضغينة طوال هذه المدة، وقرر الانتقام.
كما أظهرت التحريات أن المتهم كان يحمل قائمة اغتيالات تحتوي على أسماء زملاء آخرين من نفس الدفعة، وخطط لتنفيذ جرائم مشابهة ضدهم، فيما أشارت بعض التقارير إلى أن المتهم «مهتز نفسيًا»، وتربص به خلف شجرة أو في مكان قريب قبل التنفيذ.
وروى زميل آخر للمجني عليه في فيديو متداول على وسائل التواصل: «فوجئنا بزميلنا ملقى على الترولي، وجهه شاحب، وأمعاؤه خارج بطنه، الطعنة كانت قاتلة واستهدفت إنهاء حياته».

Details of the Incident
The incident occurred last week in front of the gate of Gamal Abdel Nasser Hospital, which is affiliated with health insurance in the Bab Sharqi area of the Bab Sharqi police station jurisdiction. The police received an immediate report from the hospital administration and security forces quickly moved to the scene.
Masked Anesthesiologist
The victim is an orthopedic surgeon working at the hospital named (Mohamed Ahmed El-Sayed), while the accused is an anesthesiologist and a former colleague of the victim, but he works at another hospital. The accused stalked his colleague for about two hours, was masked, and hid behind a tree in a nearby park before suddenly attacking him with a strong penetrating stab in the abdominal area using a white weapon, in a clear attempt to end his life.
Fatal Stab
The stab caused the intestines to protrude outside the abdominal cavity, cut the diaphragm, damaged the cartilage of three ribs, injured the lung, and came within just a few centimeters of the heart.
The injury was described as a “fatal stab,” and the victim was immediately transported on a “trolley” to the operating room in critical condition, where he underwent a delicate surgery that lasted about 4.5 hours, involving general surgery, vascular, neurological, and orthopedic surgeons, and was then placed in the intensive care unit until his condition stabilized.
Arrest of the Accused and His Detention
The hospital’s security personnel and several passersby managed to control the accused and prevent him from fleeing, before handing him over to the police, who immediately began investigations by the Bab Sharqi prosecution, ordering the detention of the accused and the review of surveillance cameras, and filing a report on the incident.
The victim’s uncle confirmed that the garage attendant played a crucial role in thwarting what could have been a more serious plot, as he was one of the first to notice the incident as it happened, rushing towards the accused immediately after the attack, and managed, with the help of several citizens, to control him and prevent his escape.
Motive for the Crime
Initial investigations and testimonies revealed that the motive stemmed from old disputes extending over more than 10 years, dating back to their time studying together in medical school, during which the accused harbored resentment and decided to take revenge.
Investigations also showed that the accused was carrying a hit list containing the names of other colleagues from the same batch and had planned to carry out similar crimes against them, while some reports indicated that the accused was “psychologically unstable,” having stalked him behind a tree or in a nearby location before the execution.
Another colleague of the victim recounted in a video circulated on social media: “We were shocked to find our colleague lying on the trolley, his face pale, and his intestines outside his abdomen; the stab was fatal and aimed at ending his life.”
