أعلنت أمانة العاصمة المقدسة، تطبيق الإجراءات النظامية بحق العربات المتنقلة غير المرخصة، وذلك بعد انتهاء المهلة المحددة لمعالجة المخالفات، ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتنظيم الأنشطة التجارية والحفاظ على المشهد الحضري.

وأوضحت الأمانة، أن الإجراءات تشمل عربات «الفود ترك» المخالفة والمتمركزة في الطرق والأرصفة والمرافق العامة، إذ مُنح أصحابها مهلة لمدة 72 ساعة لنقلها ابتداءً من تاريخ 18/ 10/ 1447هـ، تفادياً لتطبيق العقوبات النظامية.

وأكدت أنه سيتم اتخاذ إجراءات فورية بحق غير الملتزمين، تشمل نقل العربات المخالفة وحجزها، مشدّدة على أهمية التقيد بالأنظمة والتعليمات؛ حفاظاً على سلامة المرافق العامة، وتعزيز الامتثال، والحد من مظاهر التشوّه البصري.

ودعت الأمانة أصحاب العربات المتنقلة إلى الالتزام بالاشتراطات والأنظمة المعتمدة، بما يسهم في تنظيم النشاط وتحسين البيئة الحضرية، مؤكدةً استمرار جولاتها الرقابية؛ لضمان الالتزام بالتعليمات.

The Secretariat of the Holy Capital announced the implementation of regulatory measures against unlicensed mobile carts, following the expiration of the specified deadline to address violations, as part of its ongoing efforts to organize commercial activities and maintain the urban landscape.

The Secretariat clarified that the measures include violating “food trucks” stationed on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities, as their owners were granted a 72-hour grace period to relocate them starting from 18/10/1447 AH, in order to avoid the application of regulatory penalties.

It emphasized that immediate actions will be taken against non-compliers, including the removal and impounding of violating carts, stressing the importance of adhering to regulations and instructions to ensure the safety of public facilities, enhance compliance, and reduce visual distortion.

The Secretariat urged mobile cart owners to comply with the approved conditions and regulations, contributing to the organization of activities and improving the urban environment, affirming the continuation of its inspection rounds to ensure adherence to the instructions.
