أخبار لايت: «الداخلية»: تنفيذ حُكم القتل تعزيرًا في مواطن لارتكابه جرائم إرهابية – أخبار السعودية

أصدرت وزارة الداخلية اليوم، بيانًا بشأن تنفيذ حكم القتل تعزيرًا في سعود بن محمد بن علي الفرج -سعودي الجنسية- لإقدامه على ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية تمثلت في الانضمام إلى تنظيم إرهابي خارجي، وإنشاء خلية إرهابية داخل المملكة تسعى لقتل رجال الأمن، ودعم الأعمال الإرهابية وتمويلها، وإيواء عناصرها، وتصنيع المتفجرات وحيازة الأسلحة.

وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على المذكور، وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب تلك الجرائم، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه حُكم يقضي بثبوت ما نسب إليه وقتله تعزيرًا، وأصبح الحُكم نهائيًا بعد استئنافه ثم تأييده من المحكمة العُليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا.

وتم تنفيذ حُكم القتل تعزيرًا بحق الجاني اليوم الأربعاء 13/ 10/ 1447هـ الموافق 01/ 04/ 2026 بالمنطقة الشرقية.

ووزارة الداخلية إذ تعلن ذلك لتؤكد للجميع حرص حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية على استتباب الأمن وتحقيق العدل وتنفيذ أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في كل من يتعدى على الآمنين، وينتهك حقهم في الحياة والأمن، وتحذر في الوقت نفسه كل من تسول له نفسه الإقدام على مثل ذلك بأن العقاب الشرعي سيكون مصيره.

The Ministry of Interior issued a statement today regarding the implementation of the death penalty in retribution for Saud bin Mohammed bin Ali Al-Faraj – a Saudi national – for committing terrorist crimes that included joining a foreign terrorist organization, establishing a terrorist cell within the Kingdom aimed at killing security personnel, supporting and financing terrorist activities, harboring its members, manufacturing explosives, and possessing weapons.

Thanks to God, the security authorities were able to arrest the mentioned individual, and the investigation with him resulted in charges being brought against him for committing those crimes. He was referred to the competent court, which issued a ruling confirming the charges against him and sentencing him to death in retribution. The ruling became final after being appealed and subsequently upheld by the Supreme Court, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was legally decided.

The death penalty was carried out against the perpetrator today, Wednesday, 13/10/1447 AH, corresponding to 01/04/2026, in the Eastern Province.

The Ministry of Interior announces this to reaffirm the commitment of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to maintain security, achieve justice, and implement the rulings of Islamic law against anyone who transgresses against the safe and violates their right to life and security. At the same time, it warns anyone who might consider such actions that the legal punishment will be their fate.
