تقترب المهلة الإلزامية لملاك ومشغلي محطات تعبئة المياه بأنواعها «الصالحة للشرب وغير الصالحة للشرب»، من الانتهاء في 31 مارس 2026.
ودعت الهيئة السعودية للمياه، ملاك ومشغلي محطات تعبئة المياه بأنواعها في مختلف مناطق السعودية إلى سرعة استيفاء اشتراطات الترخيص، قبل انتهاء المهلة المحددة.
وأكدت، ضرورة مبادرة ملاك ومشغلي المحطات باستكمال متطلبات الترخيص قبل انتهاء المهلة المحددة، والاستفادة من الفترة المتبقية لتصحيح الأوضاع والالتزام بالاشتراطات التنظيمية.
ونوّهت الهيئة، أن عدم الامتثال لهذه الاشتراطات يعرّض ممارسي النشاط للمخالفات والعقوبات وفقًا لنظام المياه، وذلك ضمن دورها الرقابي لضبط القطاع ورفع مستوى الامتثال وجودة الخدمات المقدمة.
وأوضحت الهيئة، أن الاشتراطات سبق الإعلان عنها ضمن جهودها لتنظيم قطاع المياه، ورفع مستوى السلامة والجودة في الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، مشيرةً إلى أهمية المبادرة بالامتثال خلال الفترة المتبقية.
وبيّنت، أن الاشتراطات تهدف إلى ضمان تشغيل محطات تعبئة المياه وفق معايير فنية وتشغيلية تعزز سلامة العمليات وكفاءة الخدمة، وتسهم في توفير بيئة تشغيلية منظمة وآمنة داخل المحطات.
وأشارت إلى أن الاشتراطات تشمل عددًا من المتطلبات الأساسية، أبرزها تصميم المحطة بما يضمن وجود مدخل ومخرج منفصلين لتنظيم حركة الصهاريج وتقليل الازدحام وتعزيز السلامة التشغيلية، إضافة إلى تنظيم حركة المركبات داخل الموقع والتخلص الآمن من المخلفات الناتجة عن التشغيل.
أرضيات الأوزان الثقيلة
تتضمن الاشتراطات تهيئة أرضيات المحطة بمواصفات مناسبة تتحمل الأوزان الثقيلة للصهاريج، مع توفير ميول مناسبة لتصريف المياه وخطوط تنظيم لحركة المركبات، بما يسهم في تقليل الحوادث والحفاظ على سلامة العاملين والمركبات داخل الموقع.
وشددت الهيئة على ضرورة توفير سعة إنتاجية مناسبة، وتقسيم مصادر المياه على خزانات متعددة، واستخدام مقاييس آلية لمراقبة مستويات المياه، بما يضمن استمرارية الخدمة دون انقطاع ويعزز جاهزية المحطة لتلبية الطلب.
وأكدت الهيئة، أهمية توفير خزانات مياه معزولة بإحكام وخاضعة لعمليات تنظيف وصيانة دورية، مع اختيار مواقع مناسبة بعيدة عن مصادر التلوث، لضمان المحافظة على جودة المياه وسلامتها.

It emphasized the necessity for owners and operators of the stations to complete the licensing requirements before the specified deadline, and to take advantage of the remaining time to rectify their situations and comply with regulatory requirements.
The authority noted that non-compliance with these requirements exposes activity practitioners to violations and penalties according to the Water Law, as part of its supervisory role to regulate the sector and enhance compliance and the quality of services provided.
The authority clarified that the requirements had been previously announced as part of its efforts to regulate the water sector and improve safety and quality in the services provided to beneficiaries, highlighting the importance of initiating compliance during the remaining period.
It indicated that the requirements aim to ensure the operation of water filling stations according to technical and operational standards that enhance the safety of operations and service efficiency, and contribute to providing an organized and safe operational environment within the stations.
It also pointed out that the requirements include several basic necessities, the most prominent of which is the design of the station to ensure the presence of separate entrances and exits to organize the movement of tankers, reduce congestion, and enhance operational safety, in addition to organizing vehicle movement within the site and the safe disposal of waste generated from operations.
Heavyweight Flooring
The requirements include preparing the station’s flooring with suitable specifications to withstand the heavy weights of the tankers, providing appropriate slopes for water drainage, and organizing vehicle movement lines, which helps reduce accidents and maintain the safety of workers and vehicles on site.
The authority stressed the necessity of providing adequate production capacity, dividing water sources into multiple tanks, and using automated gauges to monitor water levels, ensuring uninterrupted service and enhancing the station’s readiness to meet demand.
The authority confirmed the importance of providing well-sealed water tanks subject to regular cleaning and maintenance operations, with the selection of suitable locations away from pollution sources, to ensure the preservation of water quality and safety.
