أعلنت وزارة الصحة والسكان في مصر رفع درجة الاستعداد إلى القصوى في جميع المستشفيات والمنشآت الصحية على مستوى الجمهورية، تزامنًا مع تحذيرات هيئة الأرصاد الجوية من حالة قوية من عدم الاستقرار الجوي تضرب البلاد يومي 25 و26 مارس.

ووجه الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار، وزير الصحة والسكان، باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات الفورية لضمان سرعة الاستجابة لأي طوارئ محتملة، من خلال رفع الجاهزية الكاملة بأقسام الطوارئ والرعايات المركزة، وتوفير الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، وتعزيز أرصدة الدم ومشتقاته، ومراجعة مولدات الكهرباء وخزانات المياه وخطط الإخلاء داخل جميع المنشآت.

كما رفعت الوزارة جاهزية منظومة الإسعاف بشكل شامل، حيث تم توزيع 2400 سيارة إسعاف على مختلف أنحاء الجمهورية، مع تخصيص 48 مركبة دفع رباعي للمناطق الصحراوية والجبلية، و11 لانش إسعافي لتأمين الجزر النيلية، بالإضافة إلى تكثيف الانتشار على الطرق الصحراوية والزراعية ودعم المحافظات الساحلية.

وتشمل الخطة تدعيم شبكات الاتصال اللاسلكي عبر الشبكة الوطنية للطوارئ، وتعزيز التنسيق مع الدفاع المدني، ورصد نحو 300 مخر سيول ومنخفض مع تكثيف التمركزات حولها.

وأكد المتحدث الرسمي باسم وزارة الصحة، الدكتور حسام عبدالغفار، تكثيف الإجراءات الوقائية من خلال متابعة جودة مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي، ومكافحة الحشرات ونواقل الأمراض، مع توافر الأمصال المضادة للدغات العقارب والثعابين في جميع المستشفيات.

ودعا المواطنين إلى الالتزام بالإرشادات الوقائية وتجنب التواجد في مناطق تجمع المياه أو مجاري الأمطار، مشددًا على أن غرف الأزمات والطوارئ تعمل على مدار الساعة، وأن الخط الساخن 137 جاهز لتلقي البلاغات والاستفسارات الطبية.

من جانبها، أعلنت الهيئة العامة للرعاية الصحية رفع درجة الاستعداد القصوى بكافة منشآتها في محافظات منظومة التأمين الصحي الشامل (بورسعيد، الأقصر، الإسماعيلية، جنوب سيناء، السويس، أسوان).

وأشار الدكتور أحمد السبكي، رئيس الهيئة، إلى انعقاد غرف الأزمات المركزية والفرعية لمتابعة الموقف أولاً بأول، مع رفع الجاهزية في أقسام الطوارئ والرعايات المركزة، وتعزيز أرصدة الدم، ومراجعة مصادر الكهرباء البديلة لضمان استمرارية تقديم الخدمة دون انقطاع.

The Ministry of Health and Population in Egypt has announced the highest level of preparedness in all hospitals and health facilities across the country, coinciding with warnings from the Meteorological Authority of a strong state of atmospheric instability hitting the country on March 25 and 26.

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Health and Population, directed the immediate implementation of all necessary measures to ensure a quick response to any potential emergencies, by fully preparing emergency departments and intensive care units, providing medications and medical supplies, enhancing blood and its derivatives stocks, and reviewing electricity generators, water tanks, and evacuation plans within all facilities.

The ministry has also comprehensively raised the readiness of the ambulance system, distributing 2,400 ambulances across the country, with 48 four-wheel drive vehicles allocated for desert and mountainous areas, and 11 rescue boats to secure the Nile islands, in addition to intensifying deployment on desert and agricultural roads and supporting coastal governorates.

The plan includes strengthening wireless communication networks through the national emergency network, enhancing coordination with civil defense, and monitoring about 300 flood outlets and low areas while intensifying deployments around them.

The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, confirmed the intensification of preventive measures by monitoring the quality of drinking water and sewage, combating insects and disease vectors, with the availability of antivenoms for scorpion and snake bites in all hospitals.

He urged citizens to adhere to preventive guidelines and avoid being in areas where water accumulates or rainwater flows, emphasizing that crisis and emergency rooms operate around the clock, and that the hotline 137 is ready to receive reports and medical inquiries.

For its part, the General Authority for Health Care announced the highest level of preparedness in all its facilities in the governorates of the Comprehensive Health Insurance System (Port Said, Luxor, Ismailia, South Sinai, Suez, Aswan).

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, head of the authority, indicated that central and branch crisis rooms are convening to monitor the situation continuously, with heightened readiness in emergency departments and intensive care units, enhancing blood stocks, and reviewing alternative electricity sources to ensure the continuity of service without interruption.
