كشف متعاملون اليوم، أن المصافي الهندية تخطط لاستئناف شراء النفط الإيراني، في حين تدرس شركات تكرير في أنحاء أخرى من آسيا اتخاذ خطوة مماثلة بعد أن رفعت واشنطن العقوبات مؤقتا للتخفيف من أزمة الطاقة الناجمة عن الحرب الأمريكية الإسرائيلية على إيران.

وقالت ثلاثة مصادر في قطاع التكرير الهندي إن المصافي ستشتري النفط الإيراني، وإنها تنتظر توجيهات من الحكومة وتوضيحات من واشنطن بشأن تفاصيل مثل شروط الدفع.
وأضافت عدة مصادر مطلعة أن شركات تكرير آسيوية أخرى تجري تحريات لمعرفة ما إذا كان بإمكانها شراء النفط.
وذكر وزير الخزانة الأمريكي سكوت بيسنت أن إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترمب أصدرت إعفاء من العقوبات لمدة 30 يوما على شراء النفط الإيراني الموجود بالفعل في البحر.
وينطبق الإعفاء على النفط المحمّل على أي سفينة، بما في ذلك الناقلات الخاضعة للعقوبات، في 20 مارس الجاري أو قبله، على أن يتم تفريغه بحلول 19 أبريل القادم، وفقا لمكتب مراقبة الأصول الأجنبية.
Today, traders revealed that Indian refineries are planning to resume purchasing Iranian oil, while refining companies in other parts of Asia are considering taking similar steps after Washington temporarily lifted sanctions to alleviate the energy crisis caused by the U.S.-Israeli war on Iran.
Guidelines and Details
Three sources in the Indian refining sector stated that the refineries will buy Iranian oil and are awaiting guidance from the government and clarifications from Washington regarding details such as payment terms.
Several informed sources added that other Asian refining companies are conducting inquiries to determine whether they can purchase oil.
U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Pruitt mentioned that the Trump administration issued a 30-day sanctions waiver for the purchase of Iranian oil already at sea.
The waiver applies to oil loaded on any vessel, including sanctioned tankers, on or before March 20, with the requirement that it be unloaded by April 19, according to the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
