يوم الخميس وفي شوارع العاصمة السعودية الرياض ومن خلال أثير العديد من إذاعات الوطن قبل أذان المغرب في هذا الشهر المبارك.. تشهد ظروف خاصة تدل على أن بلدنا السعودية تعيش حالة من الاستقرار بكل الأوجه رغم الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها المنطقة والعالم، إلا أن بلادنا تعيش حالة من الاستقرار والثقة رغم كل ما تعيشه المنطقة من توترات. هذه الثقة والطمأنينة نابعة من حالة متراكمة من العلاقة بين الحاكم والمحكوم منذ أكثر من ثلاثة عقود، نعم هناك اعتداءات على بلدنا الغالية وترابها العزيز على كل فرد من مواطنيها بدون مزايدة، وطن لم يستعمر وقيادته منه وفيه منذ أكثر ثلاثة عقود، لذا رغم ما تعيشه المنطقة من ارتباك، نعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية بكل ثقة وقوة ومنعة في سبيل الحفاظ على مكانة الوطن الذي بناه المؤسس الملك عبدالعزيز، يرحمه الله.

بعيداً عن الحساسية السياسية الزائدة لدى البعض يجب أن يكون هناك تفكير عميق وعمل حقيقي بين المنظومة الخليجية خاصة في قضية طرق الإمداد بين دول الخليج والعالم، وأتذكر في هذا المقام ما ذكره سمو ولي العهد الأمير محمد بن سلمان قبل سنوات حول أهمية المواقع الإستراتيجية للمملكة في قضية سلاسل الإمداد وأهميتها للعالم أجمع، الآن نعيش أزمات لها علاقة في قضية إمدادات الطاقة بسبب الحرب بين أمريكا وإسرائيل من جهة وإيران وما لها من تأثير مباشر على أسعار الطاقة في جميع أنحاء العالم.

السكك الحديدية في المملكة -وكما ذكر- أنها تعمل وبكل كفاءة في نقل العالقين في بعض دول الخليج إلى الداخل السعودي وما له دلالة أن منظومة السكك الحديدية لها أهمية كبيرة في كل الظروف، ومنظومة السكك الحديدية بين دول الخليج لها أهمية إستراتيجية يفترض أن يعجل بتنفيذها في القريب العاجل.

في هذه الأزمة شهدنا كيف أغلقت المطارات والموانئ ودُمرت لأسباب، ولكن تظل الخطوط الحديدية والجوية في المملكة الخيار الإستراتيجي للإمدادات النفطية كسلعة مصدرة أو السلع والخدمات المستوردة في موانئ المملكة في البحر الأحمر، وهذا من نعمة الله ثم الجغرافية السياسية لبلادنا القوية، من يشهد الآن كيف تحوّلت مطارات داخلية في المملكة إلى مراكز طيران خليجية كمطارات القيصومة، ومطار الملك فهد بالدمام، والعديد من مطارات المملكة التي أصبحت مراكز نقل جوي في الإقليم.

موانئ على البحر الأحمر مؤسسة كخوادم لإمدادات النقل بكافة أشكالها تؤكد أهمية موقع بلادنا الإستراتيجي كحلول ومنافذ مهمة في قضايا الاستيراد والتصدير في هذه الأوضاع الصعبة والتي لا نعرف إلى أين تتجه الأمور فيها.

On Thursday, in the streets of the Saudi capital, Riyadh, and through the airwaves of many national radio stations before the Maghrib call to prayer in this blessed month, we witness special circumstances that indicate our country, Saudi Arabia, is experiencing a state of stability in all aspects despite the difficult conditions facing the region and the world. However, our country lives in a state of stability and confidence despite all the tensions in the region. This confidence and reassurance stem from an accumulated relationship between the ruler and the ruled for more than three decades. Yes, there are aggressions against our beloved country and its precious soil for every citizen without exaggeration. A homeland that has not been colonized and whose leadership has been from within for more than three decades. Therefore, despite the turmoil in the region, we live in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with full confidence, strength, and resilience in our efforts to maintain the status of the homeland that was built by the founder, King Abdulaziz, may God have mercy on him.

Away from the excessive political sensitivity of some, there should be deep thinking and real action among the Gulf system, especially regarding the supply routes between the Gulf countries and the world. I recall what His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman mentioned years ago about the importance of the Kingdom’s strategic locations in the issue of supply chains and their significance for the entire world. Now, we are experiencing crises related to energy supplies due to the war between America and Israel on one side and Iran, which has a direct impact on energy prices worldwide.

The railways in the Kingdom, as mentioned, are operating efficiently in transporting those stranded in some Gulf countries to the interior of Saudi Arabia, which indicates that the railway system is of great importance in all circumstances. The railway system between the Gulf countries has strategic importance that should expedite its implementation in the near future.

In this crisis, we have witnessed how airports and ports were closed and destroyed for various reasons. However, the rail and air lines in the Kingdom remain the strategic option for oil supplies as an exported commodity or for imported goods and services at the Kingdom’s ports on the Red Sea. This is a blessing from God and then the geopolitical strength of our country. We are now witnessing how domestic airports in the Kingdom have transformed into Gulf aviation centers, such as Al-Qaisumah Airport, King Fahd Airport in Dammam, and many airports in the Kingdom that have become air transport hubs in the region.

Ports on the Red Sea established as servers for transportation supplies in all their forms confirm the importance of our country’s strategic location as vital solutions and outlets in import and export issues in these difficult circumstances, the direction of which we do not know.
