أخبار لايت: سفير صربيا لـ«عكاظ»: التسهيلات السعودية أعادتهم إلى بلدانهم – أخبار السعودية

كشف سفير جمهورية صربيا لدى المملكة العربية السعودية الدكتور دراجان بيزينيتش، أن سفارة بلاده في الرياض نجحت في تنظيم عملية إعادة نحو 300 صربي وجنسيات أخرى أوروبية، عبر مطار الملك خالد الدولي في الرياض، وذلك بالتنسيق مع الجهات السعودية المختصة.

وأوضح السفير بيزينيتش، في تصريح لـ«عكاظ»، أن طائرتين تابعتين للناقل الجوي الصربي أقلعتا من الرياض، وكان على متنهما، إلى جانب المواطنين الصرب، مواطنون من البوسنة والهرسك ومقدونيا الشمالية وإيطاليا ودول أوروبية أخرى، من بينهم عدد كبير من العائلات والأطفال.

وأضاف، أن مواطنين آخرين وصلوا إلى الرياض براً من الكويت والبحرين وقطر، قبل أن تُستكمل ترتيبات إعادتهم إلى بلدانهم، مشيراً إلى أن هذه العملية تمت بسلاسة، بفضل التعاون والدعم الذي قدمته الجهات السعودية.

وأشاد السفير الصربي بالدور الكبير لوزارة الخارجية السعودية، وما لمسه من مشاعر إنسانية وتضامن قوي في المملكة خصوصاً خلال رمضان المبارك.

وأشار السفير الصربي إلى أن هذا التعاون يعكس عمق العلاقات بين البلدين، مؤكداً أن الدعم السعودي يشكل دفعة جديدة لتعزيز وتطوير العلاقات بين المملكة وصربيا في مختلف المجالات.

The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dragan Pezinic, revealed that his embassy in Riyadh successfully organized the repatriation of about 300 Serbs and other European nationalities through King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, in coordination with the relevant Saudi authorities.

Ambassador Pezinic explained in a statement to “Okaz” that two aircraft belonging to the Serbian airline took off from Riyadh, carrying not only Serbian citizens but also citizens from Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Italy, and other European countries, including a large number of families and children.

He added that other citizens arrived in Riyadh by land from Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, before arrangements were completed for their return to their countries, noting that this operation was carried out smoothly, thanks to the cooperation and support provided by the Saudi authorities.

The Serbian ambassador praised the significant role of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs and what he observed of humanitarian feelings and strong solidarity in the Kingdom, especially during the blessed month of Ramadan.

The Serbian ambassador pointed out that this cooperation reflects the depth of relations between the two countries, affirming that Saudi support represents a new impetus to enhance and develop relations between the Kingdom and Serbia in various fields.
