أعلنت وزارة الحج والعمرة عن طريق تطبيق «نسك» الإلكتروني اكتمال حجز المقاعد المخصصة لحجاج الداخل لموسم حج هذا العام من المواطنين والمقيمين في الأبراج السكنية الستة في مشعر منى.

وبينت الوزارة أنه لا تتوفر حالياً مقاعد للحجز في باقة الأبراج. وأشارت إلى أن المقاعد المتاحة للحجز متوفرة في باقتي 1 و2 فقط.

يشار إلى أن الوزارة بدأت يوم الأربعاء الماضي المرحلة الثانية من إجراءات تسجيل حجاج الداخل والمتمثلة في عرض الباقات وبدء عملية حجز المقاعد. وأكدت أنه يمكن للمتقدمين في هذه المرحلة استعراض الباقات واختيار الأنسب منها، وإصدار فاتورة الحجز ثم الدفع عبر نظام «سداد»، ضمن إجراءات رقمية متكاملة تهدف إلى تنظيم المقاعد وضمان عدالة إتاحة الفرص.

سداد الفاتورة

وأوضحت أن مهلة سداد فاتورة الحجز تمتد إلى (72) ساعة، حتى تاريخ 27/ 11/ 1447هـ، بينما تصبح المهلة (6) ساعات فقط ابتداءً من تاريخ 28/ 11/ 1447هـ، حرصاً على إتاحة الفرصة لأكبر عدد ممكن من المستفيدين، مع إلغاء الحجز تلقائياً في حال عدم السداد ضمن المدة المحددة، مشيرة إلى أن طلبات إلغاء الحجز تتم وفق سياسة الإلغاء المعتمدة، ويمكن الإلغاء قبل إصدار التصريح وحتى 30/ 10/ 1447هـ دون حسم أي مبلغ، بينما تُطبق الحسومات المقررة بعد إصدار التصريح بحسب تاريخ طلب الإلغاء، ولا تُسترد المبالغ المدفوعة عند الإلغاء ابتداءً من 1/ 12/ 1447هـ وحتى إغلاق المنصة.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced through the electronic application “Nusuk” the completion of the reservation of seats allocated for domestic pilgrims for this year’s Hajj season for citizens and residents in the six residential towers in Mina.

The ministry indicated that there are currently no seats available for reservation in the tower package. It noted that the seats available for reservation are only in packages 1 and 2.

It is worth mentioning that the ministry began last Wednesday the second phase of the registration procedures for domestic pilgrims, which involves presenting the packages and starting the seat reservation process. It confirmed that applicants in this phase can view the packages, choose the most suitable one, issue the reservation invoice, and then pay through the “SADAD” system, as part of integrated digital procedures aimed at organizing seats and ensuring fairness in opportunity availability.

Payment of the Invoice

It clarified that the payment deadline for the reservation invoice extends to (72) hours, until the date of 27/11/1447 AH, while the deadline becomes (6) hours only starting from the date of 28/11/1447 AH, in order to provide the opportunity for as many beneficiaries as possible, with automatic cancellation of the reservation in case of non-payment within the specified period. It pointed out that cancellation requests are processed according to the approved cancellation policy, and cancellations can be made before issuing the permit and until 30/10/1447 AH without any deduction. However, the specified deductions apply after the permit is issued based on the cancellation request date, and the amounts paid are non-refundable upon cancellation starting from 1/12/1447 AH until the platform is closed.
