أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي بدء موجة جديدة من الغارات على ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية، اليوم (الجمعة)، وأكد أن الغارات الليلية استهدفت مقرات قيادة وبنى تحتية لحزب الله. وقال رئيس الأركان الإسرائيلي إيال زامير، إن الحملة على لبنان لن تنتهي قبل إزالة التهديد.

وأفاد الجيش الإسرائيلي بشن 26 موجة غارات على ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية منذ بدء المعركة، مضيفاً بأنه هاجم مستودع تخزين مسيرات يستخدمه حزب الله، كما هاجم أكثر من 500 هدف في لبنان منذ بدء المعركة.

وشن الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، صباح اليوم، سلسلة غارات استهدفت عدداً من البلدات في جنوب لبنان. واستهدف الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي بلدة عنقون الجنوبية، كما استهدف بلدات صريفا وقلاوية والحنية والصوانة والخيام في جنوب لبنان، بحسب ما أعلنت «الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام» اللبنانية الرسمية. وشنّ الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي فجر اليوم غارتين استهدفتا بلدة دورس في البقاع شرق لبنان.

وشنّ الطيران الإسرائيلي الليلة الماضية سلسلة غارات على الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت استهدفت مناطق الجاموس والمشرفية وحارة حريك والمعمورة والكفاءات وبرج البراجنة. وأغار ليلاً على بلدات صريفا وعيتا الشعب وتولين والصوانة ومجدل سلم في جنوب لبنان، بحسب «الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام».

وأكدت المصادر إسقاط مسيرة في أجواء شمالي إسرائيل بعد انطلاق صافرات الإنذار تحذيراً من دخولها الأجواء.

من جانبه، دعا حزب الله اللبناني، اليوم، سكان شمال إسرائيل إلى مغادرة المنطقة. وأعلن في بيان له استهداف تجمع لمركبات عسكرية كانت تتقدم نحو بلدة الخيام.

وحذر من أن هجمات الجيش الإسرائيلي في لبنان لن تمر دون رد، ودعا السكان إلى إخلاء جميع المستوطنات الإسرائيلية الواقعة ضمن مسافة 5 كيلومترات من الحدود.

وكان الجيش الإسرائيلي دعا سكان عدة ضواحٍ مكتظة بالسكان في العاصمة اللبنانية بيروت إلى مغادرة المنطقة، وتعتبر الأحياء المتضررة معاقل لحزب الله.

وكانت هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تصدر فيها إسرائيل إنذاراً بالإخلاء لمنطقة بهذا الحجم في ضواحي بيروت؛ حيث كانت التحذيرات السابقة تقتصر عادة على مبان فردية أو مناطق أصغر بكثير. وقال شهود عيان إن العديد من السكان حاولوا الفرار من المنطقة في حالة من الذعر.

The Israeli army announced the start of a new wave of airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut today (Friday), confirming that the nighttime raids targeted command centers and infrastructure of Hezbollah. Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir stated that the campaign against Lebanon will not end until the threat is removed.

The Israeli army reported that it has launched 26 waves of airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut since the beginning of the battle, adding that it attacked a storage facility for drones used by Hezbollah, as well as more than 500 targets in Lebanon since the start of the conflict.

Israeli warplanes carried out a series of airstrikes this morning targeting several towns in southern Lebanon. The Israeli air force targeted the southern town of Anqoun, as well as the towns of Sarifa, Qalaouiyeh, Al-Haniyeh, Al-Sawana, and Al-Khiam in southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese National News Agency. The Israeli air force also launched two airstrikes early today targeting the town of Douris in the Bekaa region of eastern Lebanon.

Last night, the Israeli air force conducted a series of airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut, targeting the areas of Al-Jamous, Al-Masharifah, Harat Hreik, Al-Maamoura, Al-Kafa’at, and Burj al-Barajneh. It also struck the towns of Sarifa, Aita al-Shaab, Tulin, Al-Sawana, and Majdel Selm in southern Lebanon, according to the National News Agency.

Sources confirmed the downing of a drone in the skies of northern Israel after warning sirens were activated to alert of its entry into the airspace.

For its part, Hezbollah called today on residents of northern Israel to leave the area. It announced in a statement that it targeted a gathering of military vehicles advancing towards the town of Al-Khiam.

Hezbollah warned that the Israeli army’s attacks in Lebanon would not go unanswered and urged residents to evacuate all Israeli settlements located within 5 kilometers of the border.

The Israeli army had called on residents of several densely populated neighborhoods in the Lebanese capital Beirut to leave the area, as the affected neighborhoods are considered strongholds of Hezbollah.

This was the first time Israel issued an evacuation warning for an area of this size in the suburbs of Beirut; previous warnings typically applied to individual buildings or much smaller areas. Eyewitnesses reported that many residents attempted to flee the area in a state of panic.
