أشاد المهاجم الفرنسي بافيتيمبي غوميز، لاعب نادي الهلال السابق، بالمستويات التي يقدمها الدولي السعودي سعود عبد الحميد، لاعب نادي لانس الفرنسي، وذلك عقب زيارته له مؤخراً في فرنسا.

ونشر غوميز عبر حسابه الرسمي في منصة التواصل الاجتماعي «X» رسالة عبّر فيها عن سعادته بلقاء اللاعب السعودي، حيث قال: «بالأمس كان لي شرف زيارة صديقي العزيز سعود عبد الحميد، اللاعب السابق لنادي الهلال وأحد الأسماء المهمة في كرة القدم السعودية».

وأضاف المهاجم الفرنسي: «كان من دواعي سروري التحدث معه وتهنئته على مستوياته المميزة، وأن أعبّر له عن مدى فخري بالمسيرة التي حققها»، مشيراً إلى أن التطور الذي يقدمه اللاعب يُعد مثالاً يُحتذى به للكثيرين، مؤكداً أن رؤية لاعب سعودي يتألق في هذا المستوى تُعد مصدر فخر للجميع. واختتم غوميز رسالته بكلمتين مختصرتين قال فيهما: «فخر سعودي».

يُذكر أن سعود عبد الحميد سبق أن لعب إلى جانب غوميز بقميص الهلال خلال موسم 2021-2022، وذلك بعد انتقاله إلى الفريق قادماً من نادي الاتحاد، حيث جمعتهما عدة مباريات مع الفريق وأسهم الثنائي في تلك الفترة ضمن كتيبة الهلال.

كما يُعد غوميز من أبرز المحترفين الذين مروا على الهلال في السنوات الأخيرة، إذ دافع عن ألوان الفريق لمدة 3 مواسم ونصف، ونجح خلالها في تحقيق العديد من الإنجازات والبطولات مع الفريق، قبل أن يغادر النادي خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية من موسم 2021-2022

The French striker Bafetimbi Gomis, former player of Al-Hilal, praised the performances of Saudi international Saud Abdulhamid, player of French club Lens, following his recent visit to him in France.

Gomis shared a message on his official account on the social media platform “X,” expressing his happiness at meeting the Saudi player, saying: “Yesterday, I had the honor of visiting my dear friend Saud Abdulhamid, the former player of Al-Hilal and one of the important names in Saudi football.”

The French striker added: “It was a pleasure to talk with him and congratulate him on his outstanding performances, and to express to him how proud I am of the journey he has achieved,” noting that the development the player is showing is an example to be followed by many, affirming that seeing a Saudi player excel at this level is a source of pride for everyone. Gomis concluded his message with two brief words: “Saudi Pride.”

It is worth mentioning that Saud Abdulhamid previously played alongside Gomis in the Al-Hilal jersey during the 2021-2022 season, after transferring to the team from Al-Ittihad, where they played several matches together and contributed to the team during that period.

Gomis is also considered one of the most prominent professionals to have played for Al-Hilal in recent years, having defended the team’s colors for three and a half seasons, during which he achieved many accomplishments and titles with the team, before leaving the club during the winter transfer window of the 2021-2022 season.
