«النوبة القلبية الصامتة»، هي حالة قد تظهر بأعراض غير واضحة، تشبه حرقة المعدة أو الانزعاج البسيط في الصدر، ما يجعلها تُهمل أو تُفسر بشكل خاطئ، خصوصاً لدى الأشخاص الذين لا يرتبطون عادةً بمخاطر القلب المرتفعة. من منظور طبي، تُعرَّف النوبة القلبية الصامتة بأنها انخفاض مفاجئ أو انقطاع في تدفق الدم إلى القلب دون ظهور الأعراض الكلاسيكية القوية، مثل ضغط الصدر الشديد أو الإعياء المفاجئ، ما يجعلها صعبة الاكتشاف دون مراقبة طبية دقيقة. وفق ما توضح مصادر طبية، قد يشعر المصاب ببعض الأعراض الخفيفة أو غير المعتادة، مثل: الشعور بانزعاج يشبه عسر الهضم، ألم خفيف في الصدر أو أجزاء أخرى من الجسم، دوخة، غثيان أو تعب غير مبرّر.

هذه «الإشارات الصامتة» لا تُظهر دائماً العلامات التقليدية لنوبة قلبية، لكنَّ تأخير التشخيص والمعالجة يمكن أن يزيد من خطر المضاعفات الخطيرة، مثل ضعف عضلة القلب أو إصابات لاحقة، وقد يؤدي إلى نوبات قلبية أكثر حدة، أو حتى الوفاة في بعض الأحيان.

Medically, a silent heart attack is defined as a sudden decrease or interruption in blood flow to the heart without the classic strong symptoms, such as severe chest pressure or sudden fatigue, making it difficult to detect without careful medical monitoring. According to medical sources, the affected person may experience some mild or unusual symptoms, such as: a feeling of discomfort similar to indigestion, mild pain in the chest or other parts of the body, dizziness, nausea, or unexplained fatigue.

These “silent signals” do not always show the traditional signs of a heart attack, but delaying diagnosis and treatment can increase the risk of serious complications, such as weakened heart muscle or subsequent injuries, and may lead to more severe heart attacks, or even death in some cases.
